Only the main couple story needs to be wrapped. Which they can easily do in this last ep. As for the second couple now that the burden has been lifted from his shoulders they can get together easily or could even give them an open end. As for the third couple they will probably make it a false alarm and the 3rd ML being scared. And he gets better after some time jump. Maybe he already got better as a time jump of few months has already taken place.
