I know Jun Cheng likes Dang Yu but what the hell is he doing chasing after someone at their workplace.

Yeah they might get together a but late but the ML already likes the FL and the FL also wasn’t against the idea of her going out when she thought that the ML likes him. So is it a slow paced romance? If they get together before ep 18 then it won’t be a slow burn in my dictionary.

As it is only the 9th ep and ML has already fell in love with her. If the leads get together early then not kuch of substance is left in the story. And it’s the usual storyline of a misunderstanding and them breaking up for a while. Then they patch up in a few eps and defeat the villain.

I give generous ratings. I gave 85% of the dramas a rating of 9 or above. A drama that I rated 8.5 is average to me. And I’m definitely not rating this any way above 8/8.5. It’s in the same category as that.

So according to u rom com should only have cheesy romance without any substantial storyline 😅

The story is dead burried. It started off promising but after ML fell in love with him nothing much of substance has happened. Only those cliche plot of a 2FL coming who we still don’t know why she likes the ML (probably because he doesn’t gives her any value), the truck of doom and other cliche storyline plots. It’s a meh drama.

I also thought he would use that. He should have used that as it was the only dish he worked upon without the help from the system.

I have seen 2/4 of the dramas mentioned above. Our Universe probably has one of the worst love triangle in history and Last Summer also had a stupid love triangle in the second half. I haven’t seen the other 2 but if 2/4 of the dramas have a notorious love triangle I wouldn’t say that MOST OF THESE BARELY HAD THE TRIANGLE.

I know. And a cameo making an appearance to be his lover is putting a bandage over a dying patient. It doesn’t mean anything.

2ML is fated to be lonely😂😂

It is in a different context if u are considering why FL hugged 2ML in today’s ep. Like he literally gave a straw to a drowning woman. Who wouldn’t hug when someone’s do that. Like she is both happy and emotional at that moment.

Reminds me of the 2ML in When you were sleeping. He liked the FL but never expressed it because he knew the main leads liked each other. Why can’t writers create 2ML with sense like that.

I just hate it when they show 2ML’s char on screen. Why did the writers wrote yet another cliche 2ML.

Jiang Pei Yao as usual playing that cool/chic character. Her char looks promising here hopefully she don’t gives toxic advice like her char did in Only for Love. And be more like her char in Nothing but You.
