And based on what i found out was ‘Liu Chang can be defined as a mediocre, passive character who relies on external connections rather than personal ambition or growth’. And so far from what I have seen till episode 4. He doesn’t looks like one. Maybe they have changed the character so that he can be a good final villain in the drama rather than being an incompetent person.
