I don’t know if it’s just be but I don’t want Li Ba having to take care of another kid that’s not his. If it’s a grown kid it’s one thing but he’s lived so hard raising three kids and now he may have to raise another little boy with a mental disability? When does the man get to rest? WHere Is the boys father? I want this good man, who spent all his life taking care of others to be taken care of and happy. Not have to be married to a woman with so much emotional and physical baggage. Am I too cruel for thinking this?

I hate it when parents are too blind to notice their children hurting. As a parent myself, I can’t imagine being so insensitive. She really needs psychological help.

I loved how JJ knew LX wouldn’t be able to sleep and went to his room to help him sleep. It just shows she’s his medicine. I hope his mother won’t do anything to hurt LX anymore.

I felt so sad for him too. It wa so beautiful that JJ recognizes it though.

I think maybe it was when LX told her he'd wait for her and then gave her his hand . JJ took his hand and I took that as her response of acceptance.

I know. Isn't there a chinese saying for childhood sweethearts? Why is it so hard to think that LX is JJ's childhood sweethearts? They were neighbors who grew up together. In Korea, you call most every boy older than you older brother. Maybe that's why it's not that offensive for me to accept someone calling a boy brother and then them becoming husbands.

I think if it was her real blood brother, she would know that even if they're apart, they will always still be family because they are "real" sister and brothers. So for you, you know even if you don't talk to your brother you have the same blood and parents and relatives so there will always come a time when you will see each other again and be in each other's lives. No one can cut that bond because legally, and by blood, you are related. JJ mentioned in one of the episodes they don't even have a right to approve of surgery if she or her dad ever was unconscious in a hospital That is the difference. The physical distance is a huge factor in their relationship because they have no blood or legal bond with each other. That's what everyone believes around her and for the first time accepted that to be true.

It is interesting she noticed that about them. I think they were in the darkness while they were away. JJ has always been their little sunshine. I know they will find healing with her again.
