I have one more question about a meaning about a scene. Remember when LX was packing up his books after high school. He was preparing to go to Singapore. JJ came with watermelon and was trying to feed him the middle. He was moving it away and then his hand smashed it on the ground by accident. When JJ went to get a towel, he looked at his hand. What was the significance of that scene? is there a hidden meaning behind the center of the watermelon and smashing it with his hand?
I re-watched episodes that were cut with only JJ and LX scenes again. I've noticed this from the first time I saw it but I feel like SWL's acting was always very natural in his scenes with TSY. It felt very "real-life" to me with his expressions, laughter, and actions. I noticed especially in the very last scenes in Li dad's house and at the photo studio, his hands were always on her whether her arms, or shoulders, or holding her hand. Something really lovers would do. Something that could be overlooked. His expressions toward her were very loving always. I believe he was always LX when he was next to JJ. I believe SWL grew as an actor through this drama. He was around very well trained, very good actors, and I'm sure he picked up a lot and learned a lot. I feel like he was much more natural in this drama than his other dramas.

I know, they became so popular after this drama. It would probably be difficult to get this cast together again for another project right? But I can always hope.
I know there probably won't be a season 2 but does Chinese drama's do special tv movies? I know in Japan, when they have a super successful drama, they make it into a special movie that's like two hours or a movie in theatres. It would be so wonderful if they did an epilogue episode or a special episode showing what happens a year or two later.

I also wished for more LX and JJ. They seemed more like the side cast and not the main characters towards the end. I think one of the episodes LX barely came on and the only interaction with JJ was a "phone call" where they weren't even together. He should have been with JJ celebrating her winning back her innocence from the scandal.
Loved, loved, loved this drama!!!!! I can't believe its over!! I'm so sad its over!!! I'd been waiting for this drama since I heard Tan SongYun and Song Weilong were doing a drama together! I'd been waiting to hear if they would be the CP when they only advertised it as a family drama. I hoped and hoped they'd be the cp and waited for any news about the drama. When I became pretty sure they would be the cp I waited for any more news of when it would be out. I remember being super excited when they unexpected announced their viewing date. I was filled with joy to know there would be an episode every day!!! Since then, every day has been the joy of watching the episodes and wondering how I could wait another 24hours for the next episode. Now those days are over. In between waiting for the next episodes I would rewatch previous episodes. I will probably continue to rewatch all the episodes because I'm still not ready to let this drama go.
However, I do wish there were a few scenes I could watch that were never shown. Don't know if they ever filmed it but if I could I would've had them film. 1)After XCZ explained what happened in singapore with the pictures, I wish they showed a scene of JJ's reaction and a conversation with about what happened to LX with the new info she had just heard. 2)I want to see the scene where LX and JJ "talked all night" and she got caught by XCZ and MY and ZQ. She only mentioned it but no scene. I wish there was a scene to show what they talked about and how sweet they were together. 3) I want to see how JJ found out LX was hung over after his dinner with his dad and if LX shared what happened with his mom's housewarming dinner and how he felt about it to her. 4) I wanted to see LX and JJ have a serious talk on why JJ kept avoiding the subject of marriage every time LX brought it up. I know it was kind of inferred but it would have been nice for them to have a serious conversation about it. 5) I wish there was the scene when LX took JJ out for ice cream after the whole "Plagarism" situation and him comforting her through it. 6) I wish there was a scene where LX explains to his mom everything JJ has done for him and why he loved her since he was so young. 7) I wish there was a scene where LX finally proposed and JJ accepts him.... (a wedding included also would have been awesome... also hearing what he would like to have named the kids and how many kids JJ really wanted would also be a bonus I would have loved to know) 8) I wish there was at least a final long sweet kiss with LX and JJ. The last kiss they had was like in front of his mom. (not very romantic)
If anyone is willing to fulfill my wish and at least write a fanfiction with those scenes, I would be so so very grateful!!!!
They spent so much time before the last episode on non essential storylines and then rushed the ending for the most important nucleus of the Story?? I really don’t understand. No one would care if they rushed through Tan Can and Ming yue’s storyline. They should have done that and used the last three episodes for JJ and LX!! I don’t know what they were thinking.. at least give the audience one last kiss scene!! I’m angry they wasted my time yesterday and the day before with unimportant characters and didn’t spend time on the real main characters! Why!!!!!!!

I agree. I believe ZQ acts like the brother CZ always wanted. Someone who disciplines her and teaches her but treats her in an easy way. Because of LX trauma with his mom, he always treated her in a heavy burden type of way. His mother overloaded him with psychological and emotional burden so he never treated her as cute little sister but another big responsibility
I’m glad the current story line seems to be focusing on JJ. I think the brothers will come to her rescue. I just wish the little precious time we have left won’t be given to CT and xCZ. I want to see Jj and LX progress in their relationship. Really tired of CT and her manipulative, hateful , ungrateful , entitlement attitude. Let’s just drag her to the psychiatrists office threaten to cut ties unless she gets help and move on.

I also agree with what you said. I think he was much sicker in Singapore but in China, he has his dad and ZQ and the others. You can tell as the episodes goes on from when JJ first realizes he had a problem that he gets better as as his dad recognizes the problem too. Most of his problem was because he had no one to lean on but memories of JJ but it’s different now. . I think CT is the one who needs to see the professional because she is not getting better nor does she recognize she has a problem. LX knows he has a problem and dad and JJ knows too now if he didn’t get better after sharing his trauma he will need to find other but I see he is healing.
