I watched Shin PD's interview as he's the one who've been promoting this a lot. He said if it was his own work he wouldn't ask but since this is his junior's work he wants people to tune in. You can blame the PD himself for not giving HP3.

It's very good one if you like non romance drama and it's a medical theme drama.
These people rated before the first episode even available so I'm not sure how accurate the rating is. I watched it and I really liked it - you can try and if it's not for you then you can move on to something that will interest you more.
