18 again is one of the best. You will laugh and you will cry and you fall for all the male actors in there. You will love father and children relationship and romance of older woman actress with younger actor. The main guy ( younger version) is so so good acting as old guy.
As a viewer, do you feel Young Ro as a character is tragic? Do you feel bad for her?
The writer didn't give any background to her unfortunate events. We never see her mom, we saw a few seconds of her brother, and one scene with her stepmother. We can't really empathize much if we don't know their backstories.
The writer is too too obsessed with Soohoo. She doesn't want to make anything sensible for other characters especially YR.
