I definitely don't think that Eun Seong has any type of geniune love towards Hae In but I do wonder what does he want with her. Maybe it's just like the feeling of taking everything from that family so he is taking their daugther. But that flashback of them as kids was a bit confusing.
I fully understand that the grandpa has been manipulated by his mistress for literal decades but as a viewer.... ITS JUST SO STRESSFUL SEEING HIM BE THAT DUMB. Like I get it but I don't wanna get it tbh I wanna be a hater because that damn family are just a bunch of dumb and stupid rich people
Can we talk about the brother, because yes he lacks insight, he's a fool. But we can all see how much he loves…
He is so dumb and stupid when it comes to literally everything except the love that he has towards his wife and son. He adores them so much and I really take into account that, unlike Haein, he vocally defends his family when his elders are badmouthing any of them.
Hyunwoo and Haein's relationship makes me wanna cry and it hurts to finally see Hyunwoo willing to suffer only for her to a will to live. Buuuut everytime there's a scene where Soocheol is expressing his love for his wife and especially his son... it's like they take my heart, play with it and then SMASH IT INTO THE GROUND. It hurts me so much seeing him talking about his son and how he has a family to take care of/protect.
I knew that Hyun Woo was intelligent but that move he did to leave his car in front of the tech store... hihi I love me an intelligent man. (OH OH also when he was basically threating to sue the lab hihi). Hae In, while he isn't a saint... you married a good one. DON'T let him go because I'm so sure that your family will need him.
This is a show where you obviously have characters that are flawed and you have to learn to love them to support them, like Hyun Woo and Hae In. Like no matter their flaws I love their characters and I'm ready to support their relationship. The thing is... I honestly can't guess what kind of direction the writer is going to take with the rest of the Hong Family. Apart from Hae In's mother, I don't really hate or care about any of them (except that I love Aunt Beomja). They all just seem dumb to me because they are trusting these obviously shady people but well that's because as a viewer *I* know that they are the villains and are not to be trusted. But... am I supposed to root for them? Or should I wish for their downfall? Honestly, I'm dying to know about the reason of this revenge plan. It's obviously a group of bad people but will their intention be in a way redeemable? The main reason as to why I like this series is definitely the melo/romcom aspect of it and I am SO rooting for the main leads' love story but if they keep doing it well... I'll be excited about the revenge plotline in the story. I just hope they don't extend it for a long time to the point it gets stressing AND boring.
That's actually a good theory but again how HI is getting headache, hallucinations and forgetting things?
It could be that she actually has something but not as serious as a tumour. Though if I'm honest I wouldn't love that plot to happen. It seems kinda lazy
I'm honestly enjoying the creepiness of the SML's character. I'm glad they out right told us that he is a villain and I have to be honest everytime he confronts Hyun Woo it's so dramatic that I love it.
