Exactly! He always helps her and still cares about and loves her so much. Honestly, I feel bad for both the ML and SML. They’re both great, but I don’t understand what’s going on with the FL. Why is she behaving like this? The writer hasn’t even bothered to give us enough of her story to understand her actions, her behavior toward the male lead, or the whole situation.

I had such high expectations for this drama, but now I honestly don’t understand what’s going on or what the female lead is doing. I mean, she is so annoying in some parts. Girl care more about the SML, but there’s barely any care or concern for the ML, whom she was once so in love with that she was willing to die for him.

The story was really interesting at first, especially the whole immortality concept, but now it has become so dull. Everyone is acting so out of character, and I still feel like the love triangle was completely unnecessary for this drama.

What is Chang Hua Sen’s role in this drama?

Maybe it’s possible 😂😂, but sadly, he isn’t immortal. If they both give up their immortality, then it could happen. Maybe the writer did something like this in the ending if he really wanted to give everyone a happy ending.

Let's hope for the best—that, unlike in the previous timeline, he didn't die sad in this one and finally gets the happy ending he deserves.

I’m rooting for him to get his own happy ending and not end up sad like every other SML in other dramas, because he deserves it. Damn, I feel so bad whenever he looks at her with so much love, and she doesn’t feel the same way.

The leads look really good together, and the story was also interesting until SML showed up. Now the focus has shifted to FL and SML, and I think he would be better off as her good friend rather than another love interest.

I hope the upcoming episodes focus more on the leads and the main plot rather than the usual love-triangle trope. It’s just annoying when they add it to every other story.

One conclusion from this drama - Respect above all. No matter how much a person loves you, if they constantly insult you, look down on you, and accuse you of things you never did, then that love is nothing more than a curse in your life.And the sad part is that, in real life, people rarely change. Real life is not a fairy tale. In dramas and movies, people can have happy endings, but in real life, no matter how hard you try, you can never change another person. Their ego will never let them change.Sometimes, you have to accept that love alone is not enough. Without respect, trust, and understanding, love can become a burden rather than a blessing.

On-point review.

The story is nothing new. You can find the same plot in almost any vertical or short C-drama. The only major advantage this drama has is its leads. Personally, I like Jing Bo Ran’s acting way more than Sun Qian’s. He really did a wonderful job, especially in the emotional scenes.

I also wish they had given more screen time to the other characters, especially Sun Yu and Sun Yuan Zhu. They were such amazing characters, and honestly, I liked them more than the main leads.

And I absolutely hate that my favourite character, Lumi, didn’t get a proper story/arc with Will. That felt so unfair! Maybe it happened because the drama was cut from 32 episodes to 24, and a lot of their storyline ended up being removed.

I just hope someday they make a drama with Lumi and Will as the leads. They deserve their own story! ❤️

Flora is not a red flag at all. They both have their own faults.

We need to understand that she was a fresh graduate, and girls at that age can be sensitive. She did grow and mature over time, but he kept saying hurtful things to her. I mean, you can be honest with someone without being disrespectful.

I totally understand why she never told him things because he never consoled her properly. Even her roommates and Lumi were way better at comforting her.

But I do feel like she should have confronted him about how she felt. He definitely would have tried to understand her.

I noticed one more thing: she kept saying, “I miss you,” but he never reciprocated. Is it really that difficult for him to be a little more emotionally invested?

Overall, they both made mistakes. They would get angry, stop talking for a few days, and then get back together as if nothing had happened, only for the same cycle to continue. There was no proper communication, and neither of them really called each other out on their behaviour.

I really wish we could’ve gotten to know more about Lumi and Will’s story. Lumi was my favourite character. 🥹.
