The novel is so heavy though... actually they made it in small gestures like the moment the first met again at University Wei's eyes were full of longing like that ..in small actions they represented longing care and love u won't find any exact romantic scene but u will be able to feel it ..I think they didn't wanted it to be cancelled or banned due to all Chinese problem and also they made it so that not only BL lovers but everyone can see it .. Because the story is overall very good and the ost "cared too much" is just beautiful it's lyrics are amazing
