im only ~10 mins in into ep 6, so please tell me if it's going to be revealed later in the ep, but how tf did they find Hana?? Last episode she was still missing.
The scenes with Dong Jae and Shi Mok are so funny I'm so glad they're working together this season lol
Honestly i like the S2 dynamic so far....... the ol partners (Yeo Jin and Shi Mok) are now rivals, and the 2 rivals (DJ and SM) now forced to work together.
It's literally the bystander effect. Either you stay hidden or come out and get whacked by the collective system.…
I disagree ... They're not acting morally superior, either they feel guilt or they knew they're wrong and they are actively ignoring it for their own benefit. Like do you reeally think their motive for the coverup is to protect 'the honor of the police'? Of course not. In the end, they're just doing it to save their own asses.
detective jang jinsu's wife is so selfish wow so this hoe doesn't care if an innocent man gets executed as long…
Bruh her husband was already killed and she has only her child left.... Either she becomes the bad guy or her child is in danger. It's depressing for everyone.
The whole belief that "the police is family and you can't go against family/the organization" pisses me off so…
It's literally the bystander effect. Either you stay hidden or come out and get whacked by the collective system. The nail that stands out gets hammered. Not everybody is ready to be a martyr.
Hot take: SL is overrated. He's so bland and one-dimensional, I don't get what his appeal is because so much people are rooting for him. At least the ML got some depth. I got SLS from watching the 1988 version, but not this one.
My god.....for a comedy drama it has some pretty dark undertones. (And I love every second of it.)
The ending, it looks so happy but deep down I knew TJ chose to be stuck inside a coma loop forever by attempting suicide, just so he can stay with his ol '88 gang :"( In the end, he chose what makes him happy, rather than accepting reality.
Don't trust the comment below me, so far (EP 4) the drama has been consistently good. Although the plot is nothing new, the way they directed the drama makes it very worthwhile to watch. Kinda shame the poster and synopsis did not do this drama justice. If you look at the poster alone it kinda looks like a comedy buddy-cop show, which is the farthest thing you can say to describe about this drama.
