I hope its not the other guy with the horrible Uncle. He and Chu Ran have been in some scenes together and looks like he might be interested. (If its romantic interest or some other type interest I can't tell yet). I like him and the Opera guy together.

The episodes are English subbed on the episodes I watched at their website using my laptop. Not super well dubbed at first but they are cleaned up when posted to YT. I'm not sure if the subbing is also cleaned up on their website and then transferred to YT after because I didnt go back and look at the few episodes I watched there previously.

Killer and Healer. You can find the episodes on YT. Episodes are being dubbed into English. Its a period crime drama, the main leads are a police chief and a doctor. Definitely a bromance to keep censors happy but I read between the lines and watched the cut scenes so I know better lol.

I don't even want mild romance. I think the Chinese national team wouldn't allow it either. Trainees are basically expected to perform/improve, be totally committed to ping pong and country. Outside distractions like romance and the affect it could have on a players emotional or physical condition doesn't seem like it'd be acceptable.
I pretty much FF through any main lead scenes with the girls cuz I'm just not feeling it.

Life is a little bit less difficult if when you feel upset and sad, you can cry if that's whats needed to make yourself feel better and not have to worry about people shaming you for it.

I third recommend Longest Day in Chang'an.

Apparently this is a very Thai thing to do. Film and release the trailer, then film and release the series. I think partly because if a series is popular and generates excitement from the trailer, its easier to get advertisers which helps fund shooting the series.

My first thought was Thanu and Phai were originally end game and scripts were written as such. Wayu liked Thanu but was rejected and so next season was him recovering and getting his crap together and either Pha coming back then and having to work to win back W or W finding someone new. No need to cast Pha since he wasnt needed til next season if ever. The Dun was cast, Bas really liked him and pushed for Wayu and Thanu end game. The two hung out in their personal life, fans liked what they saw so the powers to be gave the Ok for fanservice to scope out the financial and couple potential and fans responded positively. They knew in a vote that Thanu and Wayu would win so it's not really like viewers are deciding. But to make it work, the last episodes scripting had to be adjusted to push Wayu and Thanu together, Thanu reject Phai and introduce all the destiny idea as justification for the W and T ship. And bring back Pha for drama. So thats maybe why everything seems so disjointed and Thanu isnt acting consistently.
I like Bas off the show. He's more energetic and animated. If they could stop Wayu's crying baby act, give him a backbone and more personality next season, then he'd be a more likable character we could root for.

I just dont get this obsession to go to hospital for very minor cuts/bruises or how a character cant 1) bandage themselves or 2) not flinch in extreme pain when barely dabbed with disenfectant.

Was this the show where a lot of social media photos of the two leads seemed to include a curly haired guy (the shows diector?) too? If yes, it gave me the creeps how that person seemed to want to be so front and center all the time. As if he wanted to steal the limelight from the 2 stars.

As long as Dun and Bas keep doing fan service together, they will be a couple on screen. It'd be crappy for them to mislead viewers plus think of the actor who plays Phai. Could you imagine being cast as the destined true love interest and then watch your on screen partner do live events with the other guy as if you dont exist? Seems so disrespectful and doesnt make sense from a production standpoint since they want viewers to emotionally invest in a couple so they'll continue to tune in.

So I think Thanu and Wayu will date next season. And if viewers love them together, they will have drama (maybe the ex comes back) but be togther at the end. If viewers are meh whatever, then thanu and Wayu break up with no real heartbreak (cuz we cant have Wayu crying nonstop again, theyll just decide they're not right for each other) and Thanu and Phai get back together and the ex comes back for Wayu or he meets someone new.

I'd love Padbok and Sab to get together. Oh the chemistry between the two
