The main male lead has absolutely no sense of manners or decency. Because of some incident from years ago, he thinks it’s okay to throw things at reporters and treat his manager or assistant horribly — constantly belittling them. His personality is downright annoying.
Even after going through so much drama, he still hasn’t learned how to behave properly. Honestly, how can anyone call him the brightest star?
I barely managed to tolerate him until episode 28. The show itself is full of unnecessary filler scenes and pointless dialogues — it could’ve easily been wrapped up in 20 episodes. The pacing is painfully slow and honestly just boring. I dropped it.
It doesn’t have enough excitement. At least in season 1, when Shen Yi confronted the killer, the tension rose and the series became more thrilling. But in this season, it seems there’s no kidnapping or any major event happening to Shen Yi that would raise the suspense. I don’t think the “thriller” tag really fits it. Even in season 1, I’d say only the part where he encountered the killer made the show truly exciting. I was expecting the same level of suspense as in The Spiral or The Ultimate Note, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations.
i have to say, the ending of the series really disappointed me.It could’ve been so much better than that. Not to mention, it’s still unclear how Yi-Heon even ended up there in the first place. And in the end, they just wrapped up the whole thing with “It’s a secret.”It feels like the writer lost interest toward the end and just wanted to finish the show as quickly as possible — even if it meant ending it in such a strange and illogical way.
For me it’s the ultimate romantic drama. No matter how many others I watch, none have ever given me the same…
I agree with you, and the chemistry between the ML was so good, I haven’t seen anything like it in any couple in Chinese drama... although I had seen other dramas of the male lead before, this one really made me like him. The female lead was also super cute, charming, and beautiful. Her long hair was so eye-catching, and the different hairstyles made her look even prettier.
What an annoying and rude brother... I'm just so angry at how he treats someone he knows his sister loves, and he doesn’t respect him at all.If I were the main girl, I'd definitely kick a brother like that to the curb. Anyone who has no respect for the person I love and keeps insulting and degrading them is basically garbage. let's not even talk about his mother.. What a toxic family she has, seriously. and what a weak FL.. Can’t even tell her family a simple no, even though she’s independent and has her own job. And when her brother disrespects her boyfriend, she just keeps quiet—doesn’t stand up to him at all. If I were the ML, I’d have ditched her ages ago
The best drama couple. The male actor’s acting was really good and felt so real. I especially liked the part where he happily played basketball when Sang Jae stand right there and was smiling ....that smile was very good
maybe they plan to make a sequel.
I mention that she's so weak in my last comment
