Title The Shipper
Well, we don't necessarily know if the authors are even going to ressurcut Kim.As many people have noted, the…
Exactly this. Pan wrecked Kim's life without his permission and invaded his privacy not just by using his body but doing and saying things Kim probably wouldn't have. Pan has not right to judge Kim and make decisions for his life without his consent. She also created a situation where Kim's family couldn't properly grieve for him (IF he is actually dead) and put his brother and Way in terrible situations that to me weren't funny at all. I feel like to be effective the stakes for a body-swap series have to be comedic, about seeing the world through another POV, not life or death.

Title The Shipper Spoiler
I don't mind that it's not BL, and still I don't think the development of the story is good. The best part about…
I think given the advertising, promos and poster art it is reasonable that many viewers believed the show would be BL. They didn't just randomly decide it it would be BL, the beginning of the serious set viewers up to BELIEVE it would be BL with good reason. It is fine that it was not BL but they definitely used the hook of a BL to get folks watching and for folks who live in a world where straight teen relationships are literally everywhere on every channel, every streaming service, it can be disheartening to get one's hopes up and have them dashed but also not know if the situation will change because The Shipper has so many twists so viewers keep watching hoping Kim will somehow return to his body. It's a bait and switch for sure.

Don't exlude return for real Kim
There was no actual BL content because there are no boys in love with each other in this show. Which is unfortunate.

Title The Shipper
The premise of this show is so off-putting to me. Everything Pan has done is such a violation of Kim's life and body. I really tried to ignore the ick factor but I just couldn't hang. I wish they had reconsidered the resolution of this series. The idea of someone taking over someone's life in their body without their consent and making on these decisions for them, digging into their secrets, it just creeps me out too much to enjoy the series. The actors are wonderful but the storyline is such an invasion.

I am sick of seeing all the hate they are getting, YES they made an insensitive joke. However, this incident happened…
You actually CAN be arrested for harassing and bullying a public figure in the U.S. They are regular citizens, not elected officials and they have no obligation to the public beyond doing their job. Elected officials and people who make public policy are a different category. Celebrities only represent themselves therefore they owe nothing to the public. You can be arrested, charged and tried in the U.S. for cyber-harassment even if the person you are online-bullying is famous in the U.S. You can also be banned from Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram due to violating community standards about harassment.
