i was thinking both of them will have many scars, I kinda like the parallels.

I felt the same about that part, now after rewatching and organizing my thoughts, I think it was a good hook for s2, rushed ngl. I guess it was on purpose for us to discuss the reason why that mother is fishy. reading the novel helped very little, there were some things we were expecting but they changed or lets say twisted most things (in a good way).

I rly like what you said, bc I guess I've been the subject of your rant. As an avid jdrama lover I never thought I would like Thai dramas, I even did some fansubbing and disliked when they gave me Thai series, exactly bc of that, I tagged them as bad acting. or over the top.. But recently I fell in love with Thai BLs and saw my own biases falling one by one. The acting is certainly different, but now I think jdramas lack emotion and drama.

When I was watching I was like 'kim cleaned the mess, for sure', but he didnt and that shocked me, so I feel conflicted bc, he sends the videos but at the same time does that to Chay - emotional damage. I wonder if the series is going to make Kim a villain or a bad guy of the sorts, I didn't want that and I rly like him, but it is quite impossible to defend him rn. MacauChay ship seems waaay better for Chay.

I like the idea of Korn trying to kill Pete (and failing), but I have the impression Korn won't mess with VP. I'm on your boat, for me Nam’s is faking her memory loss.

Loved the VP part, agree 100%. Pete is simply and genuinely following his heart and Vegas hesitated due to his lack of self worth, that broke me bc Pete had to be this honest. The hunger and how Pete ends up bringing them food is such a treat, I hadn't noticed!!! "The devil is really in the details" when it comes to VP and I am so happy we got to see it like this. I feel like VP stans should get detective badges. We might have been clowned many times and all, but we got the best ending.
