it wasnt bad ... i cant get over how cute teejay was throughout .. and everytime he cried or had his heartbroken over ben n yana .. he made me cry .. his expressions n eyes were on point .. but ben .. Oh ben .. i just couldnt buy what he was selling .. sadly .. well the story as all of the reviews said wasnt the strongest plot i have seen .. no takeaways .. the friend ships dint ship enough .. yana n olan were wasted .. the whole kevin n bens dads affair dint play a role for more than 5 mins .. n the whole two truths n a lie thing was overplayed .. but this show introduced teejay so well thats the only thing this show offered so thank you for the effort !! ciao!!
Agreed ! People want realistic shows but when they do, they scream. So the characters are caricatures in TonHon…
As much as i understand ur point about ton and his struggle .. i have a hard time digesting the fact that ton although closeted gay is subjecting Ai ni and chon to this toxicity .. i cringed a lot watching tons reactions to chon ai n ni although it was diluted as much as possible with comedy .. apart from that i like this show otherwise.

Ton is the only one im unable to bear on this show .. i dunno why .. toptap n mike r fab .. they r on a roll n so much btr than they were in the 2gether series .. they r stealing the show i tell you .. chon is also like the cute in love puppy and has amazing moments to shine and make people chuckle too .. every supporting character is also up to the mark literally everyone .. its just Ton that i cant digest .. i cant believe the imaginary world he lives in .. he literally doesnt know anything about literally anyone around him ... is he just dumb n so toxically egoistic and proud about it .. im not sure ill be okay with his redemption arc if he has one too .. the production n music everything is good .. except for the character of Ton!! I waited two days trying to prepare myself for what is coming .. but no amount of masking my emotions could help me .. this is gonna linger in my heart and be under my skin now :( .. and the fact that the music the cinematography the direction the dialogs everything was just perfection and perfectly in sync just made the impact infinity times more
It was an overall good watch .. not bad by any standard .. yeah a bit over the top .. but nothing that made me cringe n stop watching .. it was quite entertaining .. the first half of last episode was a but tough to watch mostly coz it had just too many emotions and yes they were a bit overly-expressed for my tastes .. i wish both of them had cried a little bit less ..like in the scene where they make up i kinda was worried about ace's suede blazer getting wet in the rain just to distract myself from the emotion outbursts .. but sky lying in room depressed and ken coming to console was quite relatable and one of the warmest scenes .. i loved kens character throughout this show .. and ace's moms story and dad wow it was a long episode .. so much happened .. and well yeah the intimate scenes throughout the show were quite racy .. even for my taste lol .. i did find myself fast forwarding through the whole scandal scene .. for both reasons .. and moira ... she now had a bell curve of a character arc all within 5 minutes .. like that was quick .. i dont want to call it a flaw .. but to each writer its their own story .. i just felt bad for chuk chuk .. he shud be the most depressed one in the show .. he got lost and then kidnapped and totally ignored in the whole last episode .. im surprised he dint attack sky for stealing ace from him hahaha that wudve been fun to watch .. the chemistry of the leads was impressive .. , and how fun were the bloopers .. lol .. wish they were actual scenes in the show heheheh .. p.s and i know its unfair to compare but i discovered gaya sa pelikula after the 8th or 9th episode of this show and well that show spoilt me for every other rom-com/love show for me so im gonna blame that show for making me compare romcoms .. but overall good effort seen in MYDAY .. yaay !!

im new to the Filipino BL n i did start watching it every now n then .. it turns up a lot in my suggestions .. n gameboys is good so far what i have watched, the development of story n the performance terms .. love the flirting .. but im still new to the format of the whole online video call story thing .. so getting used to it .. just need to see a few more episodes to fall into the groove of the format .. it took me about 4 episodes to get acquainted to thai BLs too. so heres to hoping all good things!! :)
oh my god ... just like OMG ... like waw ... dint expect this at all .. i binge watched all the episodes .. n i knew what was coming but daaaamn what a good execution .. totally blew my mind !!
a lot of thing kept springing up out of the blue though .. n i was like did i miss something had to rewind in a couple of places .. like the part in the previous episode when they were prepping for the competition n they kept holding hands and all n the tease hugs .. i was like wait .. how did it start .. and even the date just came out of nowhere .. i dunno about sky .. but i was surprised for sure lol .. even when they kiss the camera moved above n i was like ok thats like decently ok .. but damn it was also just a tease .. the whole sequence following that i dint expect as well ... but the best unexpected thing was ace mouthing i love you to sky .. just mouthing it but it was so much more impactful that saying it out loud ... i havent been this impressed in a while !!! im at peace lol !!
i had been actively steering away from Filipino BL .. but this one won me over .. for sure !! Hate waiting for the next episode now .. n moira .. ugh !! im kinda nervous for them now !!
