I am currently watching this and from the start there is not so much about kids, but the drama is around mother-child relationship so. If u hate so much kids then idk if you should watch it, but that drama is really beautifully and seriously made and even if I just started it i think u should try too

Try drama cool, I dont plan to watch it by now but the best thing to do is to google it and try,maybe search on yt
