also for the kiss if you remember the ending for episode 9 and then all this bottled tension. she was just yet telling herself "who am i kidding?" because she does like him. and what TJ just told her so that kiss is for both of them to calm down i guess because just after it he told her everything he knew. he needed the assurance as much as her to open up because he is risking way too much if she is just going to depend on TJ.
Is it just me or did anyone else not like the kiss in episode 10? He just said "maybe if you sleep with him he'll…
tbh I like you thought the same. it's for me not the meaning of the line because this was not directed at her per say actually doing that, it was at the looks of what tea jin is doing for her, already offering to pay her debt behind her back and she still is with him so what more could he possibly do if "she slept with him". its out of line as in wording but thinking for a bit here MH isn't really a graceful speaker. like in other situations it's taken lightly for comedic purpose and here it's shown again but since this situation is heavy it's much harder to digest. alas he got the slap for it and as Dali always shown towards him in particular is she is understanding of what he means but she fights back so hence that slap he deserved.
I really really really am enjoying every little thing about the conversations between Dali and MH in the drama. That scene in EP 09 when they're talking about how she cannot accept his feelings, it was so beautiful and his answers were so refreshing for a drama charachter. I love him. And then we get that scene towards the end with her saying "who am i kidding?". I loved that subtle image. Kudos to the entire team and cast and thank you all for such a fun watch.
With that kind of negative attitude, I'm sure a lot of people here are glad you weren't here for when the drama…
And I was just being civil replying to your other comment then here you come calling me toxic to my face because I pointed a general feeling lots of people have and to which I don't know how you took it upon your self and a friend of yours comes to call you savage. Lmao that's really strange because I don't even know any of you or meant any thing near you but you come attacking people. Well have fun at that I guess with those 36 likes of the savageness. And please next time refrain yourself from acting like you understand the likes and dislikes of someone you don't know. As for your first statement here, I sure did save myself if you really think you can project the negativity of this space on me.
Feel free to write an unbiased one then :)The fact that you think this review is heavily biased, proves that you…
woah what a reply. tbh I for one want to write my own review because all of that's in here is heavily based on the wrong mindset. This isn't critique that you're doing. Plus please the too defensive way of replying is just further proof. Literally what is so complex about writing HJP if that's what you're looking for? The childhood trauma? The character arc that was not in sight? He was just written as flat as all the other characters and not single layer was touched upon except in bits. She didn't center any of the drama lines around his character for the viewers to see more. Each episode he would just be part of other plots and you'd not even hear his thought process, all for viewers to create their own to the limit it bit the writer back because the latest episodes she dared not sacrifice the love triangle to just attach the viewers in that trap for the longest time. The writer didn't bother to work on his character though he had too much potential. If what you're doing is critique you'd not be comparing characters and choosing favorite that the plot treated badly or didn't reward. DoSan and DalMe aren't the worst K-Drama characters the reviews here makes them to be. They are at the same loss of complete arc and continuum as the second lead even though hi character had it more and InJea had it the worst but not much people focus on that. And yes you did mention I am biased so I see the other bias which you definitely have here. I identified with traits in DS character that you all keep invalidating as if it was sins. He is as flat as a human being. A character that is a step towards some better written version of it that somehow will reach us and won't get through your microscopic lens of invalidation. This bias was created by the huge fights I kept seeing everyday this drama was on so I had to choose what was close to me while keeping myself at distance from losing the grip of focus. Like the whole drama from start to end is the typical type, so predictable in each and every aspect and some how people still got shocked and acted as if the writer told it would be more. Just one point to close this off cause it's much longer than I intended, DoSan isn't that more perfect more flawed type, he is a faaaaaaaaaaaar off that type and I wish one day you'd look back and realize that because that's the root in yours and mine difference of look. Good luck :).
The way this so biased beyond comprehension! Such a waste to be honest but that's what to be excepted in such toxic community while this drama was airing. One quick tip, this is not a review this is just ranting with no in depth look at any character given by the writer except her equally flawed second lead.
This space is so toxic and I'm very thankful I never came her when the drama was airing. The highlighted reviews and the whole comment section are so biased and misleading to a toxic level so whoever is lookin for a piece of advice, don't listen to them. This drama isn't perfect. It's a normal k-drama just like any other and it's really enjoyable. Watch and judge yourself.
update: the user in her high horse here replying under each comment as if she owns the place with her minions blockes people she doesn’t agree with because wait for it, "we cannot write paragraphs and need to learn English". Wasn't enough with toxic negativity they mock people for noticing now racial undertones win the cake.
The comment section has people doing the most. It was better when the drama was airing and everyone here was enjoying themselves. The drama is sooooooo cute and fluffy and the main couple just has this feel good nature. I loved the whole journey with them. Watch it you'll have a great time and you'll not regret it.
