People need to stop, pause, and reflect on what truly happened to Non. Was being bullied his choice, or were the consequences a result of his actions?
Can anyone pinpoint a mistake Non made that warranted such horrendous treatment? What could Non have possibly done to attract such inhumane behavior from those individuals?
Top had been bullying him long before, certifying himself as a jerk. Phor, a wealthy jerk, didn't even see Non as human. Tee, a garbage person, intentionally selected Non as his prey, making his life unbearable. Jin, who could have intervened effectively, did nothing and eventually committed a gruesome crime. Fluke and Jin, as bystanders, are equally culpable. Each episode reveals their schemes against him and further bullying him and cornering him. They started all this, but Non will finish it.
They stole Non's script, Top broke the camera, and Tee manipulated Non into thinking he was responsible for the damage. Tee then exploited Non into opening fake accounts to pay for the camera Top had broken. Non, unable to burden his poor family, fell victim to Tee's schemes.
Is Non responsible for the consequences of his choices? Some suggest that what happened to Non is related to his cheating.
Cheating is a personal matter involving three people. How they deal with it has no bearing on others. Non's infidelity does not diminish his character or credibility as a person, nor does it provide a reason for others to assume it justifies his bullying.
Now, some use Non's cheating as an excuse, claiming it is punishment for his actions. To those who think this way, I salute your perspective. I am sure people are categorizing Non into a perfect 'bottom' image, associating weakness, isolation, lack of confidence, and an inability to stand up for himself with the oppression he faced, but this is unjust.
Taking everything from someone, even the ground they stand on, leads to inevitable wrath. Whether or not they physically murdered him, they killed him long ago. Now, they must face the consequences in the worst form imaginable.

Yes I don't entirely put blame on him, but I have not seen a ML in k drama who is truly cheating and ends up with FL. A cheating ML is never supposed to be with FL, either it is always family drama that has such cases or some special series where both party makes mistakes and ends up together, but for a regular (SK consider 16 episodic series as miniseries) primetime series or simply a K drama, they do not have cheating ML. So a thought came that he truly won't end up with her.
Yes as a married couple they failed each other, but FL has suffered more, him being at home husband, kind, loving won't make me pity him, but him doing with FL such horrible stuff is unforgivable.
He started all this, but when he got to know the truth, he regretted, but it was too late, as SFL already reached to the level of no return, and she now at her full rage. So, ML makes a huge mistake without thinking any repercussion of his actions.

He has done nothing but help the female lead (FL). Yes, he liked her, but he never approached her or took advantage in any way. Liking someone is his right; he didn't cross any lines when she was married. He only became involved when her life took a downturn, and he has been trying to help her since then.

exactly, the only reason they started balming Non, is because he cheated. They don't know that him cheating has no relation to him being bullied mentally, physically, assaulted, oppressed, manipulated and eventually ending up dead (possibly will be revealed coming episodes) by those bastards.

The cheating matter is between 3 people, bullying is a crime regardless of any situation there is.
Jin liked Non, and he felt guilty whenever he was bullied, but he never took any effective measure to stop them, or save Non from his bastard friends. If he truly liked him or love him, he would have done everything in his power to save him and help him. The video thing was a vile decision he made, even if he was jalousie or had no intention of leaking or whatever, he made a video with definitely ill intention, whatever that could be. This seals the deal and put Jin among his other bastard peers that deserve gore punishment for their crimes.
