Because if evidence were to be presented they would loose, because they did do wrong, intentionally...a series is not filmed and just air...it goes into pre-production, and then post production, they had multiple chances to review each scene, and since the hanbok and designing is a major part of show, they did took some of the work as original designer is claiming.
