I love this series, but seriously the encounters are no match to evil ones, Su Mun is always carrying the fight, whats the point of other encounters then if writer won't show them as powerful as others? I get it Su Mum is supreme one, but seriously Ha na can't fight that powerful as well? GMT is always lagging? CMO also? I mean they are not regular humans, they are given powers, and they train with those power, still they fight as if they are new encounters.

I know evil will lose, but they should make every fight hard, not just encounter got beaten like this, make evil win no issue, but fights should be equal and fair.
AEJ is a star here, LDI is no doubt good actress, but someone needed to create an article proves that this fame came after her marriage. She was acting previously as well. Don't undermine lead actress, she has worked harder than anyone else. LDI acting is not exceptional, or she is not the one standing out in drama, leads are alone enough to carry the drama.
I think this is mature series, and I like it, it is not usual BL. I never expect from a BL, coz it is a miss or hit, it is very different industry, running solely based on fandom. So even good productions, acting and story, which I enjoy and appreciate, I never expect the next to be same as previous one.
For me a BL is always best if the effort is there, whether they are trying hard to get viewership by making actors some NC scenes, or making them look as porn actors* because if they won't do this, this will not be called BL. BL genre is crazy, created only to satisfy the fantasies of young girls... although it has evolved much, but if it ventures into some serious talks, and real issues, it become LGBTQ series, a gay series. There is a difference and people need to know this.
I remember in 2009 I watched Love of Siam, and fell in love with, then I ventured into past and watched The Last Song and I cried, as it was a really... perhaps a first step in Thai opening to queer/BL/LGBTQ storytelling. Then there was a drought for six years before 2016 revival of BL industry and since then a graph has just gone up. So I don't hope much as it could go away anytime. So appreciate before jumping to conclusions and making your point.
Of all Thai media, the acting and storytelling is still the best in BL industry, the maturity of acting, the efforts put into workshops, clothing, production is still above all the other primetime series, Larkons, and soap operas, they are nothing but rolling eyes, makeup, shouting, slapping and stealing husbands.
Regarding this series, everyone acting is top notch, liking it so far, I know this is going to be a difficult watch and people moralities will come up episode after episodes, and everyone two cents are welcome, but see from characters perspective, as humans are selfish, wants to have everything what heart desires, so I don't hater any characters, coz in the end they will fall into right palce.
Coz he was fucking there in her hard times, he didn't miss, he talked to her, as if she was listening, he deserves her, and not Mun. That guy is a goal.
It would be very petty if they will kill him or turned him into evil sole coz of jealousy.
If it were an other actors, I would have dropped it. But AEJ and NM are master of their craft. Their acting is top notch. So proud of AEJ, her talent is surmount. NM well, he is just doing what he does best.
EP#4 having tears, and horror of wars. It is very intriguing that this sageuk really went for having Han, Manchu and Mangol armies invading Jeoson period.
Really looking forward to next 18 episodes, as war series can go as long as they can coz it has too much too explore, hope the writing is good and 10th episode cliffhanger should left us hanging until the october.
Never been more satisfied, I know how difficult it is to make a BL in China, it is like impossible, where Russia banned all LGBTQ+ making it law, it won't be long that CN will officially put it in their constitution soon as well. Also these young actors risking their careers as well, so appreciate the makers of this series.
This series is no perfect, there are lot of technical issues and sudden openings and endings of series felt incomplete, may be they filmed all BL elements but edited to make it streamable in both mainland and Taiwan. So I brush that part knowing it wasn't intentional but die to sanctions.
Acting was really applaudable, both had amazing and required chemistry, and others played their part well as well.
Just waiting for season 2, as someone said it is filmed in Taiwan and perhaps will be having real intimate scenes, so lets wait, as they say season 2 will come soon.

Clam beach, golden sunset, and two people in love...magical ending and I prefer it that way. I watch these series to escape many bitter realities...so when I get to see such endings...its an ocean of nostalgia and warmth the gushes over me. A bit teary, sad and empty feeling left by these two... Hope to see Fluke soon, his first leading role and outdone many. Loved it.
Lets gear-up for another amazing sizzling story, Dangerous Romance, the story and actors are super talented, it was long overdue for Chimmon to have leading BL role, he i very very talented and Perth first leading role after UMWA, so excited.
