Todays episode and to the next are straight up from the novel. This is the turning point of their relationship.…
i am not ready to see gege hurt he is too pure.

he is just miserable as his sister. he needs to be protected as well. he is basically not living, he is just breathing, beacuse the women she love he can't have.

TBH seriously today ep and some of the coming is straight up fillers. I don't know they couldn't have shown some progress but there is no progress so far, both are moving forward with three step backwoods. They will suddenly ruch thing and this is like very bad.

This is not 8.1 stuff, this is 8.5+.

Gwain is magical. Bring all the A list Hollywood actors and he could give them hard challenge, his acting is flawless.

My god my heart sank when he cried on a beach by covering his face, I know that pain, I could emphasize 100%, I have been there in same situation, although his love will come to fruition mine won't, but anyway Gawin robes every episode with his talent. He should be preserved, he is insanely good at his craft.

Story is very very simple, yet very very close to my heart, and I connect with it very much, first half was a bit difficult but second half is sunset-y, mellow, and gives a very nostalgic gut wrenching feelings.

When Kawai read Piseag post card that was the most romantic thing ever, he can't bear the pain of seeing someone he can't have, but he is not rude, he wish the world to his love and he literally handed himself to his love and helped Kawai find himself and in the end he left happily for him.

This is too good, I love it, love it, such type of love is very very rare.

Overreact much? "Now the only idea koreans will have of a muslim man is someone who goes to bar and drinks with…
of course drinking and women is not issue here but touching other countries culture and matters and broadcasting in a typical way is not right.

They can show themselves how much evil, spoiled or brat they are coz they are them not others. Period.

I don't know but I don't find FL dull, or confusing or cruel, or unfair towards ML.

She is a victim too, she doesn't know anything what her adoptive mother did to ML behind her back. FL just broke up with him harshly as at every step her mother emotionally blackmails her for the love they gave her.

The mother plays savior card, and even if I was on FL place I would not even dare speak to the person who fed me, gave me everything when I was doomed, coz their kindness or help (if thats what you wanna call) will remain bigger than anything that would come later in my life.

Mother even treats her real child like a trash, she treats FL and her own child same. So she is not evil to FL, she is just pain in ass for everyone and her fake ideals and upright and social class conciseness has had her come in their ways.

EP20 it was hard for me to see FL being misunderstood like that. She is too indecisive, and even though she has entered professional life, she doesn't have freedom, she is still naive young high schooler with little to none experience on her own, because of her mother constant tailing, checking on her, taming her and same goes for her brother, poor gege. Poor gege, he is an adult, managing a company and a mother says to him that she has "given too much freedom to them" and starts ground them, like what on earth she has that no one dare say a word to her.

ML knows that she is adopted, and even though he has suffered cruel on the hands of mother, but it is not FL fault. It is not her fault at all, she is basically held captive and burdened by the kindness shown by Meng jia and she can't seem to get out of it, and I don't blame her. I mean it is easy for everyone to say that she should speak or courage to breakout, but it is not easy at all.

No one can understand better than those who are tethered to the help given to them by those who has become shackle for them for the rest of their lives. It is not easy to break free, it is not easy to run, and if you are kind then it is impossible to abandon.

I expected more of ML, I know it may sound unfair, but FL is more miserable then ML.

documentary or not when it is shown on TV without any proper research it is a crime. Every culture has traditions,…
I don't know what you are talking about, when you write something you put hundreds of thought and careful thinking so it is not some random written character, even for sake of humor.

Intention or not, it was wrong to begin with. No one saying they did evil or deliberately made it look bad, it is just they made the character very stereotypical that other media has always shown that.

They could show Arab person (even drinking no issue as muslim do drink and it is their fair...) as someone with much credibility than a typical representation of what people had in their minds, which is fake, and American fed.

I didn't bother explaining them that it was pre-islamic era. So obviously someone just searched and copy paste the thing they found would help refute others, without bothering anything the history, the context and full hadith on it.

All people commenting about drinking and placing facts, don't go and write about anything about anyone religion or their scared figures. Just don't do it, when you don't know and taking things from internet.

Freedom of expression doesn't mean freedom to do anything.

Don't place fake facts or references to prove your theory, that is just plain ignorance.

Also this is not about drinking, it is about miss-representation of a person coming from a place that America has set us in our minds.

People git hurt and they issued apology thats it. People now should shut up.

This apology was needed, no Arab person wears their traditional dress in a bar or matter of fact anyone would not wear their traditional dress to a bar. That was just plain ignorance on production team.

Yes Arabs/Muslims drinks too and that is fine to show, but what is not fine to show a stereotypical bullshit that America has set for Arab people - a typical playboy nature with an image of them having as many wives as they want. Every foreigner who is not known to culture or religion of them, ask the question of wives, which is plain ignorance and xenophobia.

So showing them that he is a jerk, playboy, asshole (which he may be and so does gazillions of people around the globe) and the lead character repeatedly say throughout those two episodes, shows nothing but ignorance or writer and producers.

So next time, when you include characters of any culture show them in a side that is neutral, just don't go far.

ps. If writer had to include an Arab character, they should have hired Arab to play the part there must be an Arab who could speak Korean so yeah that was crime also.

it was never a documentary nor claimed to represent all the arabs or anything, whatever the country there are…
documentary or not when it is shown on TV without any proper research it is a crime. Every culture has traditions, just respect don't meddle into other cultures. If you are so inclusive then show best side of them, no need to point out the bads, it is not your duty.

he hasn't made clear, but he shifted his career, but might be open to acting in future, for now he is focusing on his hard earned degree to put into use. He posted this message in his insta.

People may shadow WCR to Liu Yifei for their uncanny resemblance, but they both have different aura and presence. LYF is one of the biggest star in C industry and foreigners might know her as well but WCR is darn good actress, not wrong to say she is among the best. Her acting, beauty and elegance is top tier.

This series is really good, I have seen much more bitch and annoying characters in C drama so for me her mother is a catalyst for them get thing done right. I am enjoying it really.

I feel for brother as well... none can speak in front the mother not even her real child. So he also need to escape.
