TXM also doing this because she has lingering hope that she might get XCS, although she has no evil or selfish thoughts, but as you can't control your hearts she does what she can to satisfy herself by doing those chores for XCS family.
I kinda feel bad for her for doing this, but I know that this is her nature as well, so it doesn't look fake. I hope the HHL phase quickly passes away as YGH sister has already said earlier that XCS will never be able to give HHL the life she wants.
