I am really sad that I have to praise the series for its great concept and unique storytelling of a typical theme, while who wrote it is a trash of a person and sick pervert. No matter how he repent it is not enough for what he did.

I am very sad I can't make my verdict for this series or writer.

I am in love with series but I feel guilty and apologetic to the victim. I am a bad person, right? I am enjoying something knowing that it came from someone who destroyed someone life.

I am very much double minded and in constant battle of what should I do? Please tell.

1) I can relate to him. Who wants a loveless, responsible childhood? A huge responsibility fell on his shoulder, he became her mom? He had every right to escape, but he didn't.

1) A big reason - he never really loved her, she literally thrown herself on him. He cheated in army and was suspended because of that. When he couldn't go anywhere he ended up at Semei's home, and didn't even go to his house, because nobody would accept her. He knew only Seimei would be foolish enough to accept her. He did come to like her, but it was too late.
2) Yi Ding's mother was actually his step mother. He tried everything to please he she resented him throughout her life but at the end she knew she loved him, and left everything to him.

What is the deal with one of the curator at gallery? She looks irritated with Dali and already shown anxious and disgusted in first 2 episodes. Who is she? Is she a spy Dali's uncle put her in company?

My god that man can never play a positive character, I am very interested how he is gonna litter, and how MH and WT gonna shield her from his schemes.

So our ML is handsome hunk, rich, loose tongue, foolish and head over heals with FL with an equally dumb secretary - I just love this type of ML in dramas, I wish we get to see more such ML, and not like child-hood traumatic, serious and bitch face, and wanna be perfect.

And FL is innocent, straightforward, smart but half the time oblivious, taking ML every word seriously, she is someone who gonna survive, of-course with ML help.

And this kind of help, I don't mind, when FL have to rely on ML, because it is not about FL incapability, it is about ML will grow with FL in maturity as he uses his power to solve her issues.

he is owner of a F&B (literally Food and Beverages) company founded by his father. they weren't born rich, but their business bloomed and now they are super rich.

Now he shows off his money, talks down to people and try to be chaebol and acts like one, while he is not good at it. He pretends to be among the riches by following their life styles, but deep down even all this wealth, he is of typical middle class, kind hearted and good person.

So he is a CEO and director of F&B company, while his father is chairman. Due to his manipulating half-brother (who emotionally blackmail ML often because his status of a bastard trying to get money), he invested money art dealing, and lost because of FL death.

Guys I know people perhaps don't know, but the writer of this series is an asshole.

Production must have known who he was, even though he wrote the series under pen name. They try to deceived us clearly.

But now this has come to public and channel decided to drop him from credits, but obviously they can't cancel the series. So many efforts will be wasted.

So I think they will hire a new writer to keep things in momentum, or perhaps won't.

It's a good script from an asshole person, so give it a try.
