I think of all the CN high school this series FL is a treat to watch. Her character is very very realistic she is not dumb, not intelligent and knows how not to let people walk over her. She is very very natural and doesn't throw tantrum and knows her heart and mind very well. And same goes for ML as well.
Japanese aren't outdated in technology XD all major camera brands like Nikon, Canon, Sony, Panasonic, fujifilm—you…
My meaning was exactly what you are saying, of course they have latest tech and cameras are like home to JP, but when it comes to filming, it feels like I am watching a decade old drama. The yellowish screen and hue coloring looks way too old, I like it though, but you know it still feels I am watching old program not new.
Japanese BL are generally pretty low budget projects, especially these types of smaller ones so keep expectations…
Yes the yellow filter... I don't know whats it called, but it is in every drama, that makes it old, don't get me wrong I like this hue coloring, but sometimes, its boring.
To be devil's advocate, characters of this drama in the end chose to stay silent and sweep everything under the…
Do you know Jang Ja-yeon or remember her from Boys Over Flower? She was raped, and forced to have sex with VIPS, media executives and directors, and she named 31 people in her suicide note.
She told the world her agent Kim Sung-hoon used to rape her, beat her and forced to sleep with people in order to get her roles. In the end she killed herself. She named people and nothing happened, like nothing, despite media frenzy and people pressure.
When Burning Scandal happened, her case was reinvestigated, and look what happened, noting... those fucking IDOLS that people adored, were turned out to be rapists, money whore bastard, sex maniac, abuser, and lesser human being and they got away just by retiring form the industry. And Seungri of all, is still maintaining his fucking innocence.
In lieu of this Goo Hara took her life, Sullie took her life, Kim Jong Hung took his life, Cha In Ha took his own life, so many people were responsible for their death, but court couldn't punished them. Law could't held them responsible.
So tell me had she named the executives, would it have make any difference?
Good or not, deviating from the original plot, and even removing significant part that is actually one of the core issues of this webtoon, is balantant disgrace to writing, and shows power of agencies, who pressure writers to change their contents.
No, I am not hoping for BL, or LGBTQ but removing the most important part of this webtoon, proves that freedom does not exist. It is all fake, the talks and so called fake acceptance of Korean society as well as others nations. Who doges people in the cream of their words.
Among the struggles shown in this adaptation, sexuality is equally vital issue of young generations, that was mercilessly taken out. If poverty, abuse, depression were an issues people so dearly accepting through this series, sexuality is the most important one - living without your true identity and fear of hate without any mistake is a crime not punishable by law. If you take that voice and silence it, you are pushing people to their death. Period.
Is there a reason why he calls his mom Sister Xian? Or is that not his biological mom?
I thought she had some mental trauma or something. But no she is just jolly and kind hearted and doesn't hold hatred in her heart. She is hurt and misses her husband but she lives her day by owning her own happiness. It not odd or weird, it just no common.
Sister Jian perhaps is one of only few mother in China dramaland who doesn't hold any grudge against FL even after knowing the truth, even though it is no where near the girls fault, but had it been Zhang Han drama, his mother would have crumble the sky and cast a wrath on girl.
No longer Human is an original title. I researched it, Korean and Japanese translation only have "No longer Human" part, Lost is not there. I made this change.
It is composed of two Korean words Ingan = human, silgyeok = disqualification, the literal translation is: "Disqualified from Being Human" but series used "No longer Human". Another translation is The Disqualified.
The name is derived from Japanese book 人間失格 Ningen Shikkaku, in English it was translated to No longer Human with literal translation: Disqualified from Being Human. I don't know if the series is based on that, but the book and series same name and plot.

It's not about BL, its true they are low budget, but JP dramas in general BL or not feels old, as they have this distinct type of camera work, that doesn't give you the feel of HD camera work or latest filming tech and editing.
Plus JP focus more on anime than their live-action films and TV series, so I know. But if you pick a drama from 2001 and compare it to 2021, they are the same in terms of technical aspects.
Yes, not everyone can watch JP drama/content, this statement is absolutely true. They are fast, their actions may feel odd, and the pace of their relationships are different then other Asian contents.
I ask this before as well, as I thought maybe it's my thinking but after watching multiple series and dramas, their technical aspects are almost same.
When I will feel that I am watching 2021 Japanese drama. Why all Jp dramas feel old and outdated in terms of technology. Why they put no effort in camera work.
why r u foaming at the mouth? the drama itself makes her out to be the villain, she is obviously shown to be a…
Well if you know how it is going to go, even if don't, it is already boiling for me. her appearance irritates me, from the beginning she was the driving force and I knew it. But I am this angry, this means she has done a fanfuckingtastic job in making me hate her, so kudos to her acting. But as a character, the way she speaks, I want to puke.

I have seen women in k drama, who gets 80% free pass after all the litter they do throughout the run. Either they magically redeemed themselves, or forgiven or given an open end. But that's not the case with men.
I am all up for punishment, but it should be equal. I was so satisfied with Vincenzo, because they showed equal and brutal punishment for all villains, and it was regardless of gender and based on the crimes.
So, I know the lady here, is in love with YH, and she will perhaps sacrifice at the very end to save him, but for me such sacrifice is of no meaning.
That is why I am angry, my language is strong, it is not with prejudice against any gender, if it is about equality, then it should applies to both..
It's a fucking sexual hrrasment what she did. She is obsessed With Yo Han since childhood and she is ovulating everytime she sees YH. Such a pathetic money and power whore. I am confirmed she started the fire.
A women always gets a free pass when she does what pathetic men does. So for me it's a big issue. Don't know about other.
So YH has someone in the enemy who knows him inside out. That bitch is not only cunning but likes to play behind the scene a first and foremost sign of coward and scared person. No matter how much power she has, she is bound to her patheticness.
Regarding story I hate seeing Gao On and Soo Hyun togther. They should be friends only. But again forced romance plot. Romance is absolutely not needed in the show. Like there is no space.
Men is men, I loathed girls who forced them on others with good or bad intentions.
First: HS is a place where students are supposed to be minor, so no intimate or explicit scenes only pure love/crush.
Second: Specially from China, NRTA does not allow any explicit romance in high school. So always keep in while watching high school drama from China.

One who makes you anxious, you should never be with that person. Atleast in my experience.
