this is the first Thai series, I am in love with its music, outstanding, in every way, a truly composed composition, great and meaningful lyrics, above all its different, it feels just like the series that I am watching, high production value content. And despite the 5 episodes, it no where seems rushed in terms of their feeling realization, or sudden mood swings they have for each other.
I read someone say that Hwang Shi Mok character will not be remembered as he is too forgettable. The fact that, he is forgettable, has made this series unforgettable.
The power, the greed that is shown in this series, can not be held accountable by someone who is human. That is why writer made this character, who is free from such emotions and desires. A part of his brain that doesn't exist, knows nothing about fear of those temptations. This is the reason, he is subtle in his actions, because he cannot desire those urges a person normally dose when he has power, even a little one.
Stranger, may not be perfect but it is absolute spot on its own way. I can not compare it with The Wire, or The Sopranos, or any other shows for the matter, but I can say confidently, the show is greater than many, larger than many and definitely one of best in decade.
And yes for me, Hwang Shi Mok will never be forgettable.
Bong Tae Kyu wore a man's skirt to premier, and still people of Korea criticised him. He is married and has 2 kids. There is nothing wrong in wearing in which you feel comfortable. He expressed he felt good. But as always brutal audience and people of Korea, go as far as to blame him in horrible ways.
I don't know when they will learn that their online bullying and harassment, has killed so many Korean idol in past 5 years.
I wish the lavishness, the sassiness, the money and power shown in series are as grand as they say.

But there is a big difference, in HDDCS, the husband tried sincerely to let her go as far as he travels the world just to connect those. Thats why she fell in love with him during their journey. But in this case, its two boys fighting over a girl, and in the end she will choose the one who knows love, not the one trying to snatch.
I really apologize for not buying it and then watch it, because it is expensive.

It gave me the "golden vibes"- and I don't know what that means, but it felt new, fresh and boy it is tear-jerker. As more episodes unfolds, my heart is gonna break.
It is a well deserved 9.3 and among rare shows to earn this ratings on MDL. Congrats to all the production team.
9 episodes are already out, waiting for subs, you can easily watch on drama cool, since this drama is popular, it will be subbed with in 2-3 days of episode release.
I hope her sister doesn't go as far as to snatch Nam Do San from her - I know for sure or we know that she is going to go with Nam Do San, but still, writernim don't make it hard for Han Ji, and don't end up him with her sister as well.
Love never fades away with death. I would raise my child alone, than to remarry. Can't compromise on my love. This is the only sad part of this story for me. Not his wife's death. I am selfish may be, but it is what it is.

I recommend this drama for a good watch of 16 episodes. I never felt dragged or bored. Even thought it wasn't good as it should have been, but it wasn't bad at all.
Speaking of this, we have all been for Addicted unfinished episodes, which sit someplace on the selves of production house of series and in directors mind. But we know, this will never happen. And so like many other series that touches BL or other issues not permitted by the country.
Untamed received unparalleled popularity, even though the re was a 180 degree shift from novel, in terms of the story between leads also, the VFX, dubbing and production of series was nowhere near perfection, but people watch the series based on the novel, hoping it would stay true but it didn't not, still people accepted it was never possible.
All the other issues of taboo, are bravely shown in independent works and online media, that doesn't falls under direct SAPPRFT.
Even though not only this, all Asian countries has some serious taboos, Korean despite having extreme level content, still unable to produce any serious LGBTQ storylines in Korean drama land.
