Well, Jang gang death was such a disappointment... We had that setup for a prodigy mage that went astray by misjudgement and wrong decision and then went on a quest, God knows for what and everyone is waiting and looking for him including us, viewers, only to be rewarded by a anticlimactic reappearance and a disappointing death. They could've killed him since ep 1 or 2 and we won't even notice the difference. And till now, the brilliant naksu can't figure out that Mudeok is buyeong? Im starting to question her intelligence. Also, talking abt intelligence, they are destroying the crown prince character development in freaking 2 episodes? .... The crown prince confession to Mudeok was out of place and came from nowhere... Yes, he seems interested in her, amused and sometimes even impressed by her antics but suddenly he is confessing in the middle of crisis... He is not foolish, we are not foolish too... Also, just to build up the foundation for next season, they are making the CP now a power hungry prince and someone who is wary of the king's star prophecy when he clearly in previous episodes stated the opposite... And also, by now he obviously aware of Jang UK character and the last endeavour under the ice stone barrier is just a proof that Jang UK is not after any power... So he is actually no threat to him at all. I wonder what kind of cliffhanger the writers will pull in ep 20 to keep us eagerly waiting for season 2? Unpopular opinion: they could have wrapped this whole drama neatly in just one season.... Blame it on the filler scenes/episodes, and the pace and more importantly the writing
Whatever people are saying... I felt butterflies in my stomach when Jang UK proposed... He was genuine and she was overwhelmed by his words...how do the show runners expect me to accept the fact that Mudeok will no longer be with us in season 2 when he uttered those words: Marry me, Mudeaok-ah
If they decided to not include jsm in the 2nd season, it would have been better if they didn't make us invested in their romance... They could have gone with the secret admiration trope till naksu goes back to her original body, then properly pursue the romance. Ngl, it's gonna be weird (at least for me) to see the ML make out with naksu (original) when he was with Mudeok for 20 freaking episodes.
I started this for Jung so min not gonna lie. It's a great story with wonderful actors.. the pace is not ideal but I could deal with it. But no JSM in season 2 is a crime. I guess AoS ends with at ep 20 for me... Maybe i will watch some clips here and there when the 2nd season is aired in December but definitely I wouldn't be invested as much as i am now with s1. What an unfortunate turn of events!
Our leads are trending on weibo because of today's bvlgari event ... Can't wait for all pics and vids.... And even Yang Yang will be there ... It's like a real life drama with our FL and her two princes in shining armors lol
How I wish i could forget this drama, so I could only rewatch it one more time. This drama set the bar too high I can't seem to enjoy the currently typical mundane dramas airing rn. Except for big mouth and alchemy of souls... But the Chinese dramaland seems empty after LLTG finished airing.
I love everything bout this drama except for the pace... Ep 18 could have been more eventful if I may say so. In ep 19 preview, are Jang UK and Mudeok getting MARRIED? Is this the other promise she wanted from him?

Love like the galaxy part2 -super popular and highly praised (as it should) cdrama.
Good old days -thai drama.
