Thanks for the recommendation and on this occasion, I would recommend if you want to check love like the galaxy it's Zhao lusi latest cdrama and it's exquisite, you will never regret your time watching it
I wanna applaud the director and the editing team over and over again... I know the actors are amazing at portraying their characters, no one is lacking even the supporting and extra actors. But truth to be told, we know many amazing dramas went downhill just because of the people behind the scenes aka writers, editors, sound technicians, and directors even when they had S+ actors among their cast. The cinematography here is exquisite, and I don't mean it in a grandiose way, but the camera angles, the pacing, the editing are just beautiful, scenes are not rushed with no weird hasty transitions and makes you appreciate every word, every gesture, every glance... Everything is beautifully captured, not one emotion wasted.... And I loooove the color palette of the show. Sometimes, you are even left amazed by just the scenery in the background, it's not even because of beautiful faces and attires. This thought came to my mind when I watched the scene where LBY mounted on his horse and threw his private seal for CSS to catch.... It was beautifully shot. Once again, a big applause for the people behind the scenes... Your efforts are seen and appreciated

I may sound like a LBY apologist but whatever. Imagine having your entire life wiped in a flash, in the most violent unimaginable way... In front of your eyes. Your whole identity lost forever, your clan betrayed, and your souls shaken at the core... The rest of the world moves on.. yet, you are still a prisoner of that day, of that place, of the screams, of the smell of blood, of the unknown future... When you are supposed to live a happy, or at least a carefree childhood, you are orphaned and bullied... You had to defend yourself, to be stronger, to supress any earthly desire you ever have to become beyond anyone expectations.... When you spend more than a decade for one goal, a goal you are willing to sacrife your life to have it... Would you give this up for someone you met a few months ago? Yes you love that person, you wanna protect that person... you feel the warmth you have been deprived of all these years in their embrace... But, could you let go of who you have been, what you have worked for to achieve your entire life for them? Hatred is a powerful feeling.. what LBY felt till now is even beyond that.... As CSS refused to lose herself in their relationship, it's the same for LBY... CSS feared him and was reluctant to accept their engagement and only recently she came to understand what LBY only showed her, his facade... She thinks he is the ruthless, but equally upright general, cold yet filial... LBY is like the deepest pits of hells.... Dark, bloody and merciless.... I believe that he is concealing his soul from her to not lose her, he is underestimating her love for him or even afraid that she may truly accept him as who he truly is and at that moment he may actually renounce his revenge. LBY does love CSS but his love for her is just one piece of the puzzle not the whole picture...he sees CSS as his present but his revenge was his past and his ultimate future.
