What colour? We know in fact nothing abt Jinbuyeon except for whatever is master Lee saying .... Andyes we still don't know why Naksu soul was trapped in buyeon body.... But Naksu herself is not innocent if we wanna talk abt true colours, she was originally going to take over the body of another innocent girl.

I believe the Hong sisters didn't have any plans for Jin buyeon's role other than being naksu's soul's vessel, but as the story progresses they changed their mind and got us into this mess.... Master Lee changing his statement abt this 2souls1body everytime he appears on the screen just prove it.

This is one of the plot holes in this drama imo, the Hong sisters hit a wall with their creative writing after recycling what they had, now they are messing with what's left

Do I need to remind you yall ? that THIS IS IN FACT JIN BUYEON'S BODY!
Jin buyeon was well and alive when the bad girl assassin named Naksu tried to perform soul shifting on another INNOCENT girl, but somehow naksu soul is trapped there.
If your body was occupied by another soul, wouldn't you want to HAVE IT BACK? Wouldn't you want to fight back? Wouldn't you want to get rid of whoever is trying to IMPERSONATE YOU or INVADE your body?
Jin buyeon has the right to be the sole owner of HER OWN BODY, and Naksu is the perpetrator whether you like it or not. this is FACT
Just because we got dragged to the love life of our beloved leads doesn't mean we should overlook the FACTS.
Discarding Jin buyeon's soul like it's just secondary to naksu's is just infuriating... Who we are, and who is master Lee to decide if JBY soul deserves to survive or not? What right do we have to decide the destiny of another just because we don't know or like that person?
Jin buyeon is pitiful imo, betrayed by her father, was almost killed by her uncle (Jin Mu), lived in poverty away from her home and family and was robbed of her own body, and now people are rooting for her soul to disappear just for an illegitimate soul to take over and live a happy life using her body .

Edit: people comment that buyeon is showing her true colours and have bad intentions and she was the one trapping Naksu's soul... Etc. Do i have to remind you people that we know basically NOTHING abt Jin Buyeon herself except for what the other characters have to say abt her especially master Lee and tiny unhelpful flashbacks? Do I have to remind that Naksu was trying to take over the body of an innocent girl FIRST? Maybe Jin Buyeon was trying to SAVE that girl from Naksu the assassin? Did this ever occur to your mind? Do I have to remind that So-i talked abt Jin Buyeon being a good granddaughter to her foster grandma and helped the villagers where she once lived, isn't this an indicator of her being a good person? And regardless of being good or bad SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO HER OWN BODY.

The details that went into Mission: saving Mr Yul, were so unnecessary imo

This amnesia plot is dragged for tooooooo loooooong.

It didn't go well for tha last 7 episodes... So hoping is just pointless at this point

Crazy thought:
Why don't the Hong sisters make season 3 with Naksu face and Jin buyeon soul and have Jang Uk fall in love with her again ... First he will be confused she has the same face as his beloved... Then fall for her for who she truly is.... After all Jin Buyeon soul saved him from soul shifting in season 1 and couldve been in love with him all along... What a turn of event!

I said it last week and I will say it again.... This just smells a Korean odyssey finale lol.

We could have ended 2022 with a bang, we couldve got ride of Jin Mu this very episode.... But God forbid, he is making a comeback with those bells of doom. And can master Lee make up his mind? Every episode he throws a new theory abt Jin buyeon/Naksu.
I don't care what anyone else says, this season is just a mess... No consistency whatsoever.

From all the comments here, it's safe to say this episode is another mess.
