Since a long time ago, i learned how to separate the characters of a series from the actors playing them.. I get it it's a job and they have to keep the illusion alive for fans to survive on ...... But damn ohmnanon are NEXT LEVEL SHIP y'all, i don't know if i am watching patpran or ohmnanon at this point.... And the latest twitter kiss is not helping me return to reality any time soon
Dear fellow buddies, please have mercy on me... As if it's not enough already that i watch/rewatch episodes of bb, yt reactions vids, re-reading the novel, now i have to catch up with you all in the comments T.T (i love reading'em, it's so addictive) ....... I have work to do, a language to learn and a ton of courses to take... 24 hrs aren't enough anymore.
Hahaha! Honestly, I waited for this since Ep 1. Pat was always the one who cared for Pran, cheered him up, looked…
I don't know if you read the novel or not . If you didn't then you should then you will come to appreciate this series VERSION of pran. Compared to Pat he may seem reserved and on the uptight side sometimes, but this pran vs pran of the novel is a whole upgrade maybe they made this pran more vocal and lively cuz we don't have those POV of patpran like in the novel so even reading actions is not enough we get to read the inner thoughts and understand every feeling and decision (if that makes sense ), those POV chapters made it easier, so not having that in the series made it seem like pran is different than his actual character is ... But the truth is Pran may seem reserved, serious, filial, confident and cool-headed guy on the outside but he is also an overthinker, sensitive and sentimental and more importantly madly in love with Pat, to the point where he goes beyond his own character for his man because he was never able to resist pat ...ever ( his words in the novel not mine lol )
Okay, hear me out. From Wai's perspective, he has reasons to feel betrayed and get mad at Pran. They have always…
I am sympathetic of both sides and i could imagine myself in both their shoes... But outing your BESTFRIEND cruelly like that is unbelievable to me... The worst i can do is cut them off from my life for good, but revealing their sexuality and relationship to the whole world to see is like striping them naked in the middle of a busy street.
Nanon said the last scene of 12th episode (Which is also the last scene of the series) will let us know what kind…
I don't know about the ending scene of the finale, but i think when he talked about some scenes being inspired by P'aof personal life, he was talking about the post-it notes for instance , P'aof said this is how he takes care of his partner . #cute
The following quote is from the novel when Pat was willing to tell his friends about Pran and risk it all... it gives us some insight on how much Pat loves Pran.
"Even without a group, I was willing to take responsibility without complaining. Even if Pran doesn't want to talk about me, not able to accept each other as lovers in front of his friends is fine. Pran didn't have to leave his society for me, but it was surprising that I am ready to lose everything just to keep him safe enough.
I am so disappointed of people who doesn't know the fact and telling false things. Go learn the true history!…
You are cracking me up in the middle of the night .. Ok mr i can see it and smell it... You KNOW it , you should be able to differentiate btw anti semitism and anti zionism ,btw being a jewish, israeli and even zionist... As i said before, go back to school honey . Knowledge is power
i believe the series is not a complete adaptation of the novel, just inspired by it. But what i regret the most in this series is what they have done to pat and prans friends characters korn and especially wai .... thus far. Korn and Wai are Pat and Pran s best friend, even though PP hid their relationship from them in the novel too and they have come to know of it unexpectedly...they were initially taken aback and didnt even understand ot approve of it, BUT STILL they respected PP decision to be together and at one point later supported them. In the series, and IF the theories about Wai being behind outing his best friend cruelly .... i believe his character is beyond redeeming .... and yes i understand he may be feeling hurt and betrayed by pran at one point but confronting your best friend is much wiser than getting your hands dirty like that. Pran knew if he told his friends he may lose them at worst and we know that boy always assumes the worst ..... and now his fears are coming true. Such a pity This trigged me the most, i dont know about others, but through my life i never had many friends and even fewer best friends if not one or two and still i lost most of them to misunderstandings, mistrust, and time...... thus i could really relate to what both of them pran and wai really feeling thats why i find this setting a pity
Even though our boys relationship has been outed without their consent and in a such cruel way, i believe they definitely will survive this....... what i am afraid of is their parents wrath. Even in the novel they couldnt survive that .... when their parents found out and broke the both of them off, they also BROKE THEIR OWN SONS and only then they decided to take a step back and stop interfering with their lives..... if not i believe pat and pran would ve become lost souls for the rest of their lives
