Well, I watch too much drama from different country per day. So, I take things lightly. Drama and real life different in my point of view. I just described the intention of the writer that I can gather from 2 episodes of 20 episodes drama because I thought you were connecting the dots, now I get you were collecting supposed plot holes.

If you ever read Shakespeare's comic tragedy drama, you will understand sometimes we spectators think he put useless comedy but deep inside there’s always an intention(comic relief).
About "Outstagram" party, loan Shark, thugs, goons believe in their ability to beat, so of course they're not wasting their time on outstagram. They're preparing for demolishing the building, I can assure you it’s a busy process.
About set up, I think tenant public also useful to do this work at least right?! They're not that good for nothing!!! They also need to save building! Party arrangement can be done if you have enough money and active plan or people. And we are watching a mafia lawyer, he won't land in a country if he doesn’t have enough resources(money /people/ connection).
About italian issue, well they're competing for more power, don't think have enough time to stalk Vincenzo right now. May be they will, in near future, but not now only after 4-5 days! And if they want to find Vincenzo, they will do that even without outstagram post!!!
Honestly I want this drama to have a SAD ENDING or BITTER ENDING. In which any of the leads die.
Even if anyone die, it can be Vincenzo. He is the anti hero so death somehow cab be salvation. He is hot, funny, and will punish the evil but he is also a deadly evil in someone else's story as we can see how much blood and brutality on his hand from dream sequence.
Then again the drama centres around him so he may be alive and party in full mood when we end this drama.

Hi, sorry to bother you, but The Fiery Priest didn’t hit the exact tone from the very first. Not talking about rattings (sbs) but the viewers grow up with the story day by day. Thus the journey end with 22% ratings and lots of love from viewers (10.4% first ep)
I just hope this whole drama isn't just about that one building...
