this show is such a hot mess. i love tantai jin with every cell in my body. i was desperately hoping for them both to die(even though that scene was heartbreaking) so they can hopefully move on to the next life where ttj is the devil god. i really miss all those dramatic looks of his. i really wanted to see them interact in that dynamic 😠BUT SADLY she succeeded and he didn't become the devil god. but oh god were my hopes twisted.

watching the first ep again, i kinda felt like tantai jin remembers susu. his eyes and demeanor changed ever so slightly after she appeared but that could just me being so in love w them.
before anyone misunderstands, this is all about solely the character and not the actress. the actress is doing well.
about bingchang-she isn't worth any sympathy, unlike many other villains. because even after she got xiao lin, affection of everyone around her, she still didn't cherish anyone or anything, would let anyone die for her without any hesitation because she's so selfish, still went whatever way favoured her and even after being punished multiple times, doesn't feel a grain of guilt or shame. she's the most nasty and disgusting of all.
one more thing is that tian huan, oh god her hairstyle and outfits, they were so ugly sorry not sorry and made her look even more nasty. bingchang too, the way her hair and everything is styled just does something and makes her look so much more disgusting. the actress sure is doing a great job at playing her because she makes me want to puke.
