i finished this long ago but i came back here to just say something i loved abt this drama.
and that is, HIS LOYALTY AND LOVE FOR HER. holy crap—when i tell you i have never seen a main male lead as loyal as xukai before i mean it. right when he finds out bai lu is actually in front of him he literally drops everything for her. like anything bai lu wants bai lu gets. he will literally sacrifice himself for her and he is just so dedicated to her i am AMAZED AND CRYING AND IN LOVVEEEE. they are literally made for each other you guys. their chemistry is OUT OF THIS WORLD. and so yeah. thanks for listening guys!
oh oops one more thing—the ending was confusing for me but after i saw a video explaining it i got it i just feel like they could have written it differently.
just finished this drama and man—they gave us the second half turned 360! ill admit i did cry when aaron yan that beautiful man cried but i really didnt get how huan huan injured herself that badly. after she fell aaron yan literally went down the hill AND climbed back up like it was nothing lmaooo. and his auntie—they made her look so stupid with her obsession of making huan huan happy?? like she owns a whole company and she let her obsession make her force someone to marry her daughter for happiness?? gtho lol. also in the end, huan huan and her mom finally realized that family mattered more like it wasnt obvious already lol. something that was left mysterious as well was lu tian xing‘s “plan” he supposedly had but it didnt look like he had one?? like what if huan huan and her mom didnt care abt lance anyways and LTX was stuck with huan huan forever lmaooo?? for me, uncle fu, aaron yan, and miao miao(she cried so sad that i cried with her) kept me watching haha. i also love tia but i saw about three different faces she made throughout the whole drama haha. she’s really good at tearing up though. LASTLY, i love how all the casts are still friends with each other haha and it wasn’t the first or last time they were in a drama together as well. look at huan huan and jia gai xian who are married! so cute! aaron also follows all of them on IG! let’s gooooo

really—esp the last two episodes when my fave characters died just minutes apart from each other ? this drama has taken first place in my kdrama list
