Well well ive encoutered one of anle ming xi shippers lol.
I read the novel too & i think han ye anle rtnship dynamic & scenes are are best.
However i respect your opnion.
I don't care about ming xi anle scenes. What i don't want is giving han ye scenes to ming xi in order feed second lead enthusiasts.
I don't even know why ur saying its the other way round. Han ye of the drama has not been rumoured to take away any of ming xi's scenes.
I only care about Han ye here & his rtnship with anle. I don't care about how anle's rtnship is with ming xi.
If author thought they had best scenes then she wouldn't have written the han ye anle love line.
Also in the drama if they cut 2nd ML's scenes then good coz ML should have more scenes & shine more. Lols. i won't be mad.

The novel & the dramas are actually really different.
In the novel its happy ending. The ending in the drama was invented by the screen writer.
In the novel they had a perfect ending .
It doesn't leave u even questioning anything but instead u will be smiling like lunatic & wishing it wasn't over.
Also don't go in expecting the plot of wkx faking dying & zzs removing his nails. That was added in the drama only. (infact wkx is in no danger of dying anywhere. )
The stories are a little different but i love them all. Just don't expect all things that happened in the drama to be in the novel. 😊

I love the drama but its really not a faithful adaptation.
Liking the changes put into it doesn't mean its a faithful adaptation.
ZZS for example is occ throughout the drama & even at times wkx too. They gave scenes a character from the novel to other characters in the drama.
Pple who say its a faithful adaptation have not read the novel.

It was on a weibo. Someone leaked the filming schedule & the scenes they will film for characters today.
Don't know if its really aunthentic but it made many fans mad.
The scene included was the flower planting one (u will read it in the novel) its han ye's scene in the novel but gong jun was not suposed to film today. It was his day off.
Anyway i hope its fake & its just rumours.

Yes i dont care if they change or add some scenes. But to give male lead's scene from the novel to 2nd male lead is just disrespectful.

They should invent new scenes for him but please taking away Han Ye scenes from the novel to give to second male lead will make me hate this drama forever & if its like that all gong jun fans will boycott it.
And what hurts me is Gong Jun is so excited & really loves his character Han Ye 😭
Ive been knew since seeing lui yining costume is more expensive looking.
I don't like writers who like wanting to give people second lead syndrome & fuck up the main couple.

No one predicted what wd happen in the future. Also its not youku's fault.
May be tell them to sue zzh since he is the root cause?! Im not a fan of youku but this scandal affected everyone involved so there's no need to blame or accuse others.

Ah yes zzh's scamdal affected WOH but now so what? We keep yapping about it all day? Its changes nothing. We should be able to enjoy talking about wenzhou & rewatching without involving actors on drama page.

You think Youku took down Word of honor willingly? The way WOH was the most profitable for them this year? If people legally go after youku for that then youku can go after zzh since he is the reason those the drama & concert is being removed.

Hey new shanren. I reccommend reading the novel too. Its called Faraway wanderers. Its on novel updates.

As a drama and novel fan i think both are good in their own ways.
What is good with books is that you can read what characters are thinking but in the drama u can't.
What was in the novel & WKX & ZZS's characetrs wouldnt have passed censorship if portrayed like exactly in the book.
What the screen writer did was for the better. Ive seen many drama fans who say they don't like the book.
Im glad i can appreciate both drama & novel as it is best of both worlds.
I loved the novel and i love the changes the drama made.
The drama gave time to side characters & we actually saw what was going on. But the novel those things happen in the background.
That is the strength of the drama.
All in all most novel fans always dont like drama adaptations. Its a general understanding.

They will remove it only from chinese platforms not international ones if they are to remove it.

Btw correction The untamed actors were not banned from communicating.
But coz of XZ scandal of 227 & the shippers they themselves WYB & XZ decided not to communicate in public.
The only bl actors who were banned from communicating by the government are Addicted drama actors Huang Jingyu & Timmy Xu.
China doesnt allow same sex rtnships or dramas so that's why they censor. It all started coz of addicted bl drama. It had explicit scenes so they banned it & the censorship for bls started.
As far as China is concerned, The Untamed & Word of honor are not bls but Friendship dramas.
As for why they still make dramas like that? Well production companies know fans love such dramas so they make the storyline less bl & take to the censorship board & if they allow it then it airs.
Which is why we were so pleasantly suprised that Word of honor got away with the obvious romance.
Gong Jun acted in bl before too Advance bravely but it was banned from China which is why it didn't become popular.
He is still friends with his co star & they support eachother's projects openly

Theyre jealous coz the bls make the actors rise to fame quick & take away all the good deals & endorsements.
