I too wish to know more. All we hear from Michiru saying Takeru is that, it was only Sousuke and his mother. And his mother left him for another man in his elementary school. He was constantly tossed between his relatives. Michiru referencing that two of them had a really rough-lonely childhood
I love his works soo much, I casually tremble over a movie, I know it is murakami's when I see one. He has such a unique way of expression: weird facts that stir up souls, move u deep down, make u feel the loneliness of existence.
Narration felt so original. The emptiness, loneliness is moving. I loved the work. The guy is a potential Haruki Murakami protagonist. I highly recommend it, it is quite disturbing. Explores loneliness-abuse-a really weel done movie.

This first part of the Tazza series is classic. Had a good cast, wonderful pacing and the dialogues were well written. The story wasn't top-notch or innovative, but it was excellent to watch. The ML did a great job, and the whole story felt like an escape into another world. An interesting-thrilling watch.
