Initially i didn’t plan on watching this show but happen to watch this underrated gem and absolutely loved it.
Its a pretty basic story of a women trying to get over her fears and give love another shot. The story about two people going through different phases in their relationship and navigating their love life through their cells! Yes, THOSE CELLS ARE THE MAIN CHARACTER !! They made this basic story soo much fun to watch. All those cells are relatable and represented every emotion accurately .I specifically loved the sensitivity cell and the love cell. Also, Wung’s cells were adorable too, specially the one who went to yumi’s heart dressed up as a frog. That was soo adorable way of portraying the story and showing how small gestures open up your heart to ppl . That was my absolute favourite episode.
Aside from the cute romance and fun interactions of yumi’s cell, the story gives many hidden lessons. I loved the message that you are the main lead of your story and don’t need to wait for a male/female lead.. You should be your no 1 priority and no one else. You and you only.
I am bummed about the fact that they didn’t end up together and broke up that easily. But the writer accurately depicted the complicated side of humans and their relationships. Wung couldn’t keep his pride aside and open up to yumi and yumi couldn’t understand wung’s situation. But that’s how it is, ppl are complex. I liked how they didn’t dramatise the breakup and it was simple and plain. I will need some time to get over their breakup and watch next season. But I will 💯 recommend this season. Easily one of the best I have watched recently.
