Hello, after reading your review I think I get what you're saying, technically everyone has their own opinions and likes about the series, and this kind of stories in general. Personally I also I agree with you, I think having the "I'm gonna manipulate the person I like to like me back" from Johan's perspective is cute. But that kind of plot is getting old now.

Also, sorry for the recommendation, I usually try to keep it short cause some people don't really like long reviews, but I'll try to explain. Typhoon's life story was a sad one, especially the abuse he got from his "parents". The crying part wasn't really because it's one of those stories (yes I think I know what you meant by I should be telling you why I cried cause it might cause you to go crazy instead). But it would seem like you would emphasize with his character might not be because you relate to what he went through but because, it really is just sad that someone would go through all that and we wouldn't even know. With Fah, he was the kind one, he is the kind that would protect you silently, though, yes Typhoon liked him first, and then flirted with him and chased after him without revealing who he was even though Fah found out eventually, but waited for him to feel comfortable enough to reveal himself. They're the cute ones, NOTHING like JohanNorth, no "top" power over the "bottom". No Manipulation. (ahem... if you don't count the NC scene from the novel it was wild but for all novels, they kinda all were wild from what I heard, I only ever read FahPhoon story, but they didn't really show that in the series and I doubt they would for this season). Their love story is gentle, the soft kind. I can't think of a good one but if I had to compare it would be similar to the kind of soft Karan would treat Achi from Cherry Magic, not sure if you've watched the one, a Total Green Flag.

Actually, I kinda felt like it was a fresh and relaxing series for him, he always be crying in his other series, I almost felt bad

The couples for each season doesn't really connect but I watched the series and honestly enjoyed Johan North, but I noticed Fah and Typhoon and was badly curious that I ended up reading their novel (my very first everrrrr), and babe let me tell you, I cried my shit out, and Im so excited to see how they're gonna play it out tho the trailer looks very similar to the novel, but idk, Ik u probably dont care for my opinion but I hope you give Fah and Typhoon a chance, I promise you wont regret,

Pond doesn't have a fixed partner but this series doesn't end in season 1, he won't be a major character in season 2, but he still needs to appear like his co stars did for their part in season 1, I know he deserves more and his acting deserves plot like Reset but it would be weird if he doesn't appear in Season 2, like the story started with them so they kinda still need to appear. But after this series ends, I'm also hoping to see him in more plot lines like Reset.

I totally agree. Though I love this series, the actors, and everything about it so much, I'm willing to sacrifice my life for them lol. But I feel like announcing season 2 was so great but I didn't want to have high hopes because like you said, they announced a lot of season 2 for other series but we never got any of them. I still support them though. <3

unfortunately there's going to be 16 episodes and they only release one episode per week, on Fridays, I just wanted to see if I liked it not realizing that all episodes are not out yet and now regretting, so hopefully you can hold on for 15 more weeks or wait till other episodes are out and start watching bc the pain of waiting for 1 episode per week is crazyyyyy

Yesss yesss, i heard that Fah and Phoon story line is so sad, i heard Phoon’s dad told him to stay away and Fah respected that, so like Hill and Johan , he has also loved Phoon a long time ago, in fact i heard that they were childhood friends, with the hurting Phoon part I heard his dad owed money from either Johan or Fah’s company

They wont, this is part 1 as it says on the poster so hoping for a part 2 this year with the other two couples

Maybe im not so sure, but there was a scene in he novel about FahPhoon Story that, Phoon’s dad tried to hurt Phoon and North tried to help him but got hurt instead, when Johan found out him and Ger and some of their bodyguards (or maybe their gang) tortured Phoon’s dad

I havent read the novel but from what i heard from other people, Ger or his dad or something works for Johan (or his family) (i saw someone mention something about mafia)
