The reason the show could be slow, because in real life, almost everyone's life IS actually draggy and monotonous, and realism is the core essense of the show
Fantastic review! I'd read it just for the fun of reading.I waited so long for this to finish airing, so that…
The age gap taboo honestly felt like an alternative mock up of a same sex relationship. I mean i really did not understand what was so much of a taboo of an age gap in today's society?
This is going to be very weird for me to digest. I don't they'd be able to pack the freshness and punch of the original, even though i used to be a huge fan of TayNew
This is literally so BORING! The plot is just non existent! They're just trying to sell off the concept in the most superficial way possible! Struggled to finish this one!
Idk whom were they expecting to buy this script??XD. So many plotholes and cringe moments. Since TMS2 probably my expectations from KBLs have skyrocketed! 🤣
I think this probably always the case with Netflix Kdramas these days. They are heavily sponsored and promoted be it through television social media (we saw what happened with squid games, Vincenzo). I think they sponsor a lot of people to give and write rave reviews!
I was absolutely equally frustrated just like you were since the beginning of the show. Like how extremely corny and tropish the show could be! But since they moved out i felt the show matured and a bit, and the reason i kind of softened up on this was because it is the only korean BL which tackled the issue of coming out, and the dialogues seemed to make quite sense to me. Unfortunately, it was resolved too quickly and didn't have much cohesiveness!
And in reality your crush is never going to reciprocate or even know your feelings unless you tell them! The ending was unnecessarily dramatic too!
