That's exactly what irked me the most in the entire series! Having spent a huge deal of time on gay dating apps, YOU DON'T TELL A PERSON YOU ARE HIV+ AFTER YOU'VE SLEPT WITH THEM. You're only going to traumatise the poor soul for the rest of their life!
"... where, if you replace the submissive person with a woman, you'd barely notice the difference ... two extremes…
Media is a powerful that dictates and gives lessons, not to a lot, but rather many young individuals early in their lives, and sets really unrealistic and many a times dangerous situations from the usual overly normalised fluffy pretty pictures painted on usual BL media. People need to understand and empathise the real problems and real situations of the characters that the people the money grubbing directors have used and put up on screen. Yes ray of hope is important, but a stark boundary has to be drawn between what is expected to be real and what pushes someone in delusion and has the potential to mess up someone's life, and trust me when I say this, I have seen this happening in front my very own eyes!
And about the portrayal of feminine submissive and dominant top isn't really a problematic trope, but a rather heteronormative one which disregards the varying spectrums of individualism that gays display. You'll be surprised to find many manly muscular partners to be dominating in person but submissive in bed.
Despite all the gut punches the show has blown, YOU DON'T TELL A PERSON YOU ARE HIV+ AFTER YOU'VE SLEPT WITH THEM! THAT POOR SOUL IS GOING TO BE TRAUMATISED FOR HIS LIFE!!!!
Very frankly, I appreciate how groundbreaking it is. I appreciate everyone involved. But I do feel it could've…
Life is isn't a disney movie. People come and go, how desperately we want them to stay. And to be honest it felt like the author lived through those moments before penning down the stories, unless and until you've lived the life of an LGBT person, I'm afraid you won't be able to relate.
You just have NO TASTE š it's okay to not be okay a 10? what a tasteless person
I think you can't comprehend the difference between giving opinions on a drama and picking on other people! It's pretty evident who's doing what and I don't have to justify myself further!

Yeah cause you've been paid to pick on people who don't agree with your POV! If you really wanted to call haters, tag the actual bullies in this thread instead of highlighting me! Have a good day! Yeah definitely I will comment on other people's comments cause it's a comment section meant for sharing opinions i have shared my opinions! And there's nothing wrong with that! So just suck it up and let me sleep

As you can clearly see from the thread, i was never the one who started it! Idk if you can see or have decided not to see, or clearly was the intention, those comments are nothing but retaliation, but somehow I'm the culprit here! Hope I make myself clear
