Medical meets comedy.
The drama started so cool and dramatic that I assumed the drama would have a very serious storyline. However, the writer brought an amazing mix of comedy into this drama. It was such an amazing drama that I was very sad to see it end at 08 episodes. Hearing the news that the drama might return with seasons 02 and 03 was like music to my ears
Loved the characters of the drama and the character development of some of the "evil" ones. Ju Ji Hoon, as always, did an amazing job with his role. The mysterious yet comical character suited him well, and I loved how he brought Baek Gang Hyeok to life.
Choo Yeong Woo's casting as Yang Jae Won was amazing. He was especially well-suited as the doctor who was stressed out throughout his journey with the head-on character of Baek Gang Hyeok. Ha Young's casting as Cheon Jang Mi was a cherry on top of an already amazing cast.
Each episode was amazing and managed to fit into the rest of the plot. No hurried ending and the drama was very well-paced. I have not read the manga of this series but if the whole thing was just as good as this season I am looking forward to the rest of the seasons as well.
A special shout-out goes to actors Jeong Jae Kwang and Yoon Gyung Ho for the amazing characterisation of Park Gyeong Won and Han Yu Rim. They came through at the end of the series and Dr. Park managed to grab some hearts of the female fanbase as well.
I hope that the two seasons will return with the same cast because I cannot imagine anyone else being able to pull off these characters as well as the current cast.
