I love the original and although I agree the actors don't really fit the concept of what we know the original Someday or One Day to be, this is an ADAPTATION. They will portray it in their own way and maybe instead of trying to find the original in this, let's try to learn to love the characters of Junhee/Minjoo, Yeonjun/Siheon, and Inkyu in THEIR OWN version.

The sypnopsis is a bit misleading but yes there is a small love triangle. Actually the girl and the female lead end up becoming friends.
