I feel like this show is going to make me reevaluate all the ratings I have given in the past because it is just so good

Heart of Genius may be the one I watch simply because it is so completely different. I was on the fence about whether or not to watch Kunlun Mountain because I am not a big fan of republican era dramas but as you mentioned it does have Wang Yang.

This is seriously my worry, I want to check out Immortal Samsara, or The Heart of a Genius or Lost in the Kunlun Mountains but my mind just wants to focus on LLTG even when there are no new episodes and I feel I wont be able to give any show the attention it deserves.

YS was so jealous jerk in episode 25. At first I wanted him with Yang Yang but now I think Princess Yuchang or Lou Li suits him much better

I am enjoying the fact that CSS doesnt just instantly fall for him because they are suddenly engaged. It will be fun to watch it happen slowly

Do they not get that people can be fans of many actors and actresses? I know my favorites list has gotten longer as I watch more cdramas.

He is only 22 but is so good as a military leader in a costume drama.

I think he had just seen her get bullied and knows he and his name can protect her. This helped him push it to be during that moment. I also believe he always planned to have the king be part of it, he knew her parents would turn down any proposal from him. So he proposed in such a way to take their control out of it.

Its why I now dislike seeing 40 episodes listed in costume dramas currently being released because I know they planned for more episodes since they were filmed before the 40 episode rule. With a part 1 and part 2 drama we are more likely to get the full drama as it was intended to be.

I watched 21 last night and while I absolutely did not her with Yao I couldn't help but be sad for the unfairness of it all.

I saw this, they said they only watched 15 minutes. It is very difficult to grasp a a long cdrama, especially a xainxia, in just 15 minutes.

I don't have SL syndrome but I will feel bad if/when Luo Yao gets his heart broke

I have watched a few romantic costume cdramas this year and this is my favorite so far. The romance, the complicated mother/daughter relationship, the comedy and the tragedy are all hitting the right notes. I just wish Tuesday, Wednesday and Thusday came quicker.
