It is amazing that Maiden Holmes was his first role and that he is actually one of the younger cast members in the main cast.

So is it normal for WeTV/tencent to hold up on uploading subtitled episodes after the show has officially aired and just continue with the same schedule? If so I feel like this makes their VIP feature less worth it.

It saddened me a little to click 36 on this show and see go from my currently watch list to my completed list. Will miss seeing new episodes every week

Yes, to this . When I started watching Maiden Holmes I thought I knew the ML from TMOPB (Eternal Love).

I have no idea if it is common to pair up romantic leads in multiple cdramas but really hope the drama gods will decide to pair up Leo Luo and Bai Lu again in another romcom soon.

A little disappointing that this show was suppose to end on the 22nd but still hasn't released all its episodes

This show has been recommended to me but once i learned how heavily edited it was i just don't have a desire to see it. I do hope that one day there is an unedited version available. I think most shows that have a lgbt romance will follow The Untamed 's example. No words of love and no kissing but you still see how the characters feel. That is until the censors decide that should be restricted.

Part of me thinks i would enjoy it more if i waited until they aired all episodes before i started watching it but i don't believe i am capable of doing that.

On here it says the show airs from Oct 8-Oct 22, is this wrong or will they air all 10 remaining episodes next week?

I loved My Unicorn Girl, there was so many great interactions between ML and FL without it being overly angsty. As you said it was simple but so much fun to watch. I hope to see more romances like that .
Love and Redemption are on my "plain to watch" list. I have heard so many great things about it but I want to finish some other dramas first.

I haven't watched any of this show on youtube so I can't compare, since I already had an Amazon account and saw on here that Amazon had it I have just been watching on there but will watch on any platform that has newest episodes and subtitles.

I am starting this show tonight and like you I want sweet fluffy goodness but them even having the word "first" in the title makes me wonder about the ending and makes me want to brace myself an unhappy ending.

Yes and it seems like the Cdramas that go through Prime are subbed really slowly especially compared to shows that go through Iqiyi or Wetv
