There is a Discord for Daomu Biji/Lost Tomb (the franchise that Tomb of the Sea, Reunion, Mystic Nine belong to) that has a lot of English speaking Liu Chang fans, but that's the closest I know of (all of us on that Discord can also be found on tumblr, posting and sharing videos/gifs/photos etc of Liu Chang there.
