"OMG fake kiss! That means the actors are homophobic! That means the characters are bros, not lovers!" 🙄 "I want these boys to kiss on the lips, on screen, for at least 5 seconds or else I'm not happy and I'd rate it low!" 🙄
What I love about BL’s is that Tinn can talk about how he can’t sing, doesn’t know music or play an instrument…
But as I interpret it from EP11, it made sense though.
As a child, Tinn attended a music contest, which meant he must have had some talent for music. But because of a failure for one contest (and being laughed at for a month after for forgetting the lyrics), he wasn't confident in his talent anymore and hadn't sung since. We know this via his conversation with Gun in EP4,5 and the conversion of his parents in EP11.
It's because of Gun that he had become more confident and finally overcome his insecurity from that one childhood memory and was able to sing again (in the song he wrote for Gun, there was this line "Falling for you I became a music lover"). I believe with his talent and the idea to help Gun with his music, he could start catching up with music again, and teach himself how to play instruments very quickly after that.
This also serves as an example that TinnGun's love is healthy both ways: Not only Gun receives all the support in the world from Tinn, but Tinn also has overcome his past trauma and become a much more confident and happy person since he was in love with Gun.
Also, the song he sang in EP2 was the song Gun sang for him on his birthday, the moment he fell in love! He would surely remember it for the rest of his life. So it was not at all "out of the blue".
With all the the things they've done together, all memories they've shared, all events they've been through and all the conversations they've had and people still say they are not romantic?! Just because they haven't kissed on the lips yet?! What does the word LOVE even mean to you?
Does anyone actually LIKE the sound effects? Why do they use them? When I started watching BLs they were nearly…
The same as why shows like Friends or The Big Bang Theory use laugh tracks. They're just cues for the audience to know which moments are meant to be funny.
Also, comedic sound effects vary from one culture to the other. A variety of farting sounds are used for comedic effect in the US. People from other cultures sometimes find them obnoxious.
At the end of the day, it depends on each person to decide which is funny, based on personal preferences and experience.
This keeps popping up in the feeds and people are loving it. So I decided to give it a go, but I really do not…
The answer is No. All that you mentioned continue till EP10. I think it's more of personal preference? I didn't find them annoying at all. They were funny to me, I laughed most of the time with their exaggerated scenes.
Am I the only one who doesn’t see any chemistry between leads ?! They seem more like good friends.. and focus…
You're not the only one but definitely belong to the minor group here. Most of us love the chemistry between the leads. But it's understandable as we all have different believes, experiences and perspectives anyway.
For me, their chemistry is overflowing so much it flooded my house.
Just want to recommend the movie Heart was watching in EP2: Fast and Feel Love https://kisskh.at/713749-fast-feel-love It is a hilarious movie and is also one of my favorites. Check it out if you love Thai sense of humor.
