He didn't study well (imagine a student scoring 2/20 for an exam 😬), and his club previously caused trouble to the school. That would definitely left a bad impression. Also, she didn't have any reason to observe him more closely to know his good qualities as he was just a regular student in her school anyway.
She may start to get to know him more when she found out her son and Gun was close to each other.
I enjoyed this EP. It offered very cute moments from all three couples.
The main couple made a progress too. In prev eps Gun was always afraid that others might find out his relationship with Tinn, but now look at him, he even revealed it to Sound himself. He is now totally comfortable with their relationship and ready for an announcement.
The kiss scene may not be relatable to all but it was definitely relatable to me. I didn't kiss my first love in high school until my birthday because I wanted that moment to be special and memorable. I think so did Tinn.
But why show these moments in a series if they did not kiss you may ask, well I think it's to show the temptation guys! When people in love, they always want to be flirty and touchy and stuff. Tinn might ask to have a kiss because Gun was always so cute but when that moment really happened, it fitted his character that he wouldn't really do it and could overcome the temporary temptation to save it for a more special moment later (he did the same in the end of EP8)
Why do they need to avoid kissing like this? This is becoming annoyingly unrealistic. That's a pity, I like these…
Tinn promised their first kiss as a reward for Gun once he won Hotwave in the prev ep. So it made perfect sense to me that they didn't really kiss this ep.

His exaggerated expression is the cue that everything we see via his POV is exaggerated too. So I think Gun held Sound's hand just to check it but via Tiw's eyes, it's sus, hence the scene.
So, in the next EP, Gun and Sound will need to compose a new song for Hot Wave. As they are so in love now, I guess they might compose a song full of love song references as a way to say "I love you and I want to sing all these love songs for you" :))).
And it is also a word play: ชอบงับคุณ (it likes to bite you) -> ชอบคุณงับ (I like you ☺️ (in cute tone)) the first phrase changes the meaning when the word order changes. (งับ is a cuter word for ครับ (krab). Remember nong lion 🦁 used งับ in their texts?)

For me: EP4 and EP6 + EP4: we got their first "date", khun noo moment, conversation at the stairs, and Tinn demonstrated his total support for Gun. He really wanted Gun to be happy 🥹. What a pure love it is. This ep melted my heart. + EP6: their first official love confession, from both of them! And also my boy Tiwson's glow up moments.

To me, I like school themed BLs because of their cuteness and innocence. But a lot of them also come with cringed moments, stiff acting and some ethical issue. This one only contains cuteness so far. No toxic relationship or over the top cringes yet and everyone is good at acting.
But you know, everyone has different preference and it changes with time, so you don't have to like it now.
