Just came to say I just finished this drama and quite liked it. The actors (everyone from the leads to the second leads to subcharacters and villains) all delivered and I felt the warmth, the sweetness, the craziness, and sadness. It actually kind of surprises me that people are so critical 😂
Would have actually wanted more from the ending, but knowing how cdramas work, this was fine. There were a few days where I stopped watching and actually came to read comments here that made me feel like I'll hate the second half and a certain plot device would be prolonged and annoying, but after finally watching it, I did not feel any of the same sentiments. Was the first half better? Probably. Was the second half bad? No, I don't think so and the plot kept going.
I think the rating for this should be higher in the 8s. The OST was also good. As someone who has watched many of the same genre, it is definitely better than how it seems to be portrayed in the comments.
Probably coz Disney has a bigger global reputation than wetv. Even though I prefer if they got Netflix.
At least with Netflix, you can usually find some other place to watch it, but Disney+ has some kind of exclusivity at least for the U.S. and that's if they even bother to make it available here. Disney+ is a menace to me.
Someone tell me why Disney+ took this drama? I have basically had to abandon watching Kdramas that release on Disney+ and now I'm afraid I won't be able to watch this anywhere else either. ðŸ˜
I am quite enjoying this. It is cute and sweet and does convey and works through the message it wants to send through each episode.
I don't know the source material so the drama is the introduction. I've seen quite a few negative comments before I started watching and also while watching so I was expecting worse things and things that would make me want to drop halfway through, but wow people have some intense feelings lol.
Really can't wait for this drama!!! I'm a big Yu Shuxin fan and have loved all her roles. And I quite love Ding Yuxi too and am so excited to see them together again. Also love that she does her own dubbing, her voice is great! She's so versatile and has great control of how she uses her voice to portray different characters and emotions.

Can someone share at what episode number she figures out Li 16 is Nan Heng? Just want to know how long I'll be watching this double role lol
