every characters personality changed from the original script but NH personality not in the FL perspective? it's becoming a bit annoying how she keeps denying his trust. this drama manages to make fun of clichés historical/fantasy plot points, while being exactly that, I'm a bit disappointed with the story I thought we were getting something different

Thank you for the info, I edited the comment to check the spoiler warning box! Yes I was talking about the World Alluring Jade, I said gem bc I forgot its name. So I remember YXW saying that the user of the jade would die shortly after, and that's why she "took" it from TTJ, so he wouldn't die. But I think the producers did this kinda weird time jump between episode 9 and 10 cause it skipped right from him being rescued by the Yiyue tribe to him "killing" his brother and becoming king, so I just thought that they also cut the scenes where he speaks about what TTJ thinks happened to the powers of the jade (?). But I just thought it was kinda weird that they haven't brought this up by now since it's something that could've ended his life, but surely they will later in the drama bc of YXW.

One thing that I still don't understand and that might me addressed later in the drama, but TTJ definitely remembers him absorbing that gems power when fighting the demon, and then YXW took the gems power and traded for her own eye so TTJ wouldn't die, and he knew he would if he took it's powers. But I wonder, what does TTJ thinks happened to the gems power? he thinks it just disappeared? he doesn't consider that YXW might have taken from his body and moved to hers??

You're right, they did made it seem like he was seeing through the crows eyes, but I think the plot would still be consistent since he has the ability to talk to crows and other animals as well, so that's how he would spy on others. Even YXW maid said that he talks to animals and also when they were trying to cast the spell to catch the succubus, YXW was scared of the crow and then the same crow told TTJ that she got scared of it. But I rewatched the scene you said, where he was eavesdropping on her plan back at the palace and they did made it look like he could see through it's eyes, idk why they did that tho.
