Title Reset
i hv a question . From the synopsis it seems that the delivery guy is in a loop somehow but its not shown yet?…
I'm thinking the synopsis is based off the novel. We might not get the delivery guys loop. Or they might include it in some special mini episodes as they have done in a few other dramas.

Title Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Spoiler
I'm pretty sure Eul Tae was human 1000 years ago. He killed his brother by bludgeoning him to death with a rock…
I am actually thinking that Shi Ho was the other Bulgasal along with Sang Yeon 1000 years ago. The prophecy about the one who lost all their memories is probably actually talking about her. The love line between Dan Hwal and Shi Ho 600 years ago probably began from 1000 years ago. And the reason why Sang Yeon hated Dan Hwal was because he played a role in Shi Ho's death 1000 years ago that also resulted in Eul Tae becoming Bulgasal. The tragic love between Dan Hwal and Shi Ho thus repeated again 600 years ago. Which would kind of explain where Shi Ho fits into the cycle (And somewhat explain her ability). Bulgasal's seem to have an innate ability to manipulate souls in some way. Sang Yeon was able to curse people's souls and split her own in 2 after death during her 2nd to last reincarnation. This also explains how she can retain her memories through each reincarnation while no one else has. Shi Ho's ability to peer into people's past lives also seems to be a method to manipulate souls, just in a different way. This is probably something only the original Bulgasals can do because they were born monsters.
Throughout the show we can see that reincarnated monsters retain a portion of their monster abilities from their past lives. This is probably the case for Sang Yeon and Shi Ho as well. The only difference is that Sang Yeon was the only one that retained her memories.
*I wouldn't be too surprised if Do Yoon actually turned out to be the reincarnation of Eul Tae's brother than he killed 1000 years ago (But this one is a theory that doesn't have much basis as of yet).

Title Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Spoiler
So let me get this straight... Sang Yeon and Eul Tae are the twin Bulgasals yes? Because the only reason Hwal…
I'm pretty sure Eul Tae was human 1000 years ago. He killed his brother by bludgeoning him to death with a rock multiple times. When he tried to kill the witnesses he was stopped by Sang Yeon and seemed quite afraid of her at the time. His actions and methods don't go in line with the idea that he was a Bulgasal. I'm pretty sure he became one afterwards. Probably, after that encounter he became greedy for that power (especially because he was weak and sickly at the time). He wanted power and thus looked for ways to become Bulgasal and probably succeeded through the other Bulgasal.

Title Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Spoiler
Theory 1: 1000 years ago, Dan Hwal and Ok Eul Tae were best of friends presumably who worked together to become…
Theory: As to how Ok Eul Tae successfully became Bulgasal and how Dan Hwal may have played a role, maybe the Bulgasal (Presumably Shi Ho) did not want to live as a Bulgasal and was tricked into giving her status as a Bulgasal away to Ok Eul Tae. Ok Eul Tae was sickly at the time and Dan Hwal probably helped convince her to help. Maybe thats where Dan Hwal and Shi Ho's love/hate relationship began. Dan Hwal seduced Shi Ho into making Ok Eul Tae Bulgasal, but then Ok Eul Tae killed her right after. When Dan Hwal and Shi Ho are reincarnated 600 years ago, their relationship together begins once again. They find solace in each other due to both being viewed as 'monsters'. This seems to be hinting about both of their pasts history together potentially. Things change in modern day and the cycle of relationships continue after Dan Hwal becomes Bulgasal, but because he himself never reincarnated, their love line slowly deteriorates though their relationship is maintained in some form.

Title Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Spoiler
Theory 1: 1000 years ago, Dan Hwal and Ok Eul Tae were best of friends presumably who worked together to become bulgasal. Bulgasal are born in pairs, thus Ok Eul Tae successfully became Bulgasal somehow and then killed the original one. As to how he successfully became Bulgasal we don't know yet but I presume that he worked together with Dan Hwal to do it. They were going to have Dan Hwal become one as well but he probably got killed by the other Bulgasal before he could. Ok Eul Tae becomes stronger over time by killing humans while the female Bulgasal does not and thus was never able to overpower him. However, Dan Hwal and Ok Eul Tae are both cursed by her. 600 years ago, Ok Eul Tae successfully helped his reincarnated friend become Bulgasal. The female lead reincarnates as a human, constantly getting killed by Ok Eul Tae. In her 2nd to last reincarnation, she finally realizes that the only way to get rid of Ok Eul Tae was to have Dan Hwal and him get rid of each other, thus before she reincarnates again when she is once again killed by Ok Eul Tae, she somehow splits her soul in two as a trap for both Bulgasal.

Theory 2: The prophecy about the one with no memories regaining their memories and causing all of those close to them dying I think might actually be about Shi Ho. The story seems to be hinting that peering into people's past lives is forbidden and we still have yet to find out how Shi Ho actually fits into the cycle. All we know is that she was Dan Hwal's wife 600 years ago. But from how the story is hinting, their pasts are connected since 1000 years ago. Thus, Shi Ho might actually be the other Bulgasal 1000 years ago. As to why exactly she is able to look into people's pasts, we do not know completely as we only know a bit about Bulgasal's powers. However, as we know, Sang Un's Bulgasal could curse people and even split her soul upon her death, so it is not a stretch to assume that the original Bulgasal's maintain certain abilities even upon death/reincarnation, just like other monsters that reincarnated as humans. At the moment, we only see Shi Ho tap into her powers very slightly, but maybe something more dangerous will happen if she were to regain her memories.

As to why Sang Un's Bulgasal was able to retain her memories throughout each of her reincarnations, it is still not yet known but I am assuming that she has a unique ability that allows her to manipulate souls, just as she was able to manipulate her own as a human. This is unique as so far, she has been shown to be the only reincarnation of a past 'monster' that retained memories.
Shi Ho probably did not have this ability as her unique ability was to look into people's past.

This explains why Sang Un's Bulgasal hated Dan Hwal (He played a hand in killing her sister).

Acc even tho it is GO GO SQUID 2, the storyline is quite different. The original intention was just acquainting…
Don't connect this with the 1st one. Think of it as a parallel reality in which most similar events in the first one occur in some form but some events may be out of order, timeline might be different, etc.

I am so disappointed in this show. They say it take place before go go Squad.and there is so must wrong with they…
So I would just think of it as a parallel reality to the first show if anything considering differences in timeline, order of events, certain characters, as well as location of events, among all other plot differences. You can totally watch it as its own entity without having watched the first. If you keep trying to connect the 2 you wont get anywhere because some of the events are out of order to begin with.

they call her "da sao", sister-in-law, but you also call your bro's girlfriend that, it's not sequel yet. Timeline-wise,…
That is true. However there are still major changes in event order and timeline. First of all timeline wise this is taking place a year or 2 ahead of the first one in events. Meaning events that happen earlier in the previous one take place later in this one in terms of year. Another thing to note is that in the first one "Ai Qing" had already been in SP for some time before Han Shangyan and Tong Nian met whereas in here they are pretty much already a thing and Ai Qing has just decided to join SP. Another thing to note is that a few important characters in the first one are no longer here. Some characters even seem much younger than their counterparts in the first one. These are huge changes in minor details such that I would suggest viewers to watch it as a separate thing from the first one as it stands alone in its own universe.

I guess we are already in the sequel at ep12 as they talk about HSY's wife (TN).
Im going to think of this as a parallel universe to the first one. There are huge changes within the timeline and order of events beside the clear changes in career paths.

Title The Blessed Girl Spoiler
I wonder if ling long mother is still alive
From what I've watched so far, I think that there is only 1 goddess. Since Ling Long and her mother seem to have the same powers my guess is that the power is passed down from parent to child whereby afterwards the parent loses the powers afterwards. I can't say for sure if the mother is alive or not since it is unlikely for one to survive in the environment that they were in without that power long term but since the powers have manifested within Ling Long it is unlikely to manifest in the mother again if she was still alive. My guess is that they are descended from a bloodline that can manifest the goddess but probably because the bloodline is too powerful or because there is only one goddess, the power is passed down in a mostly dormant state each generation within one descendant. And she is to completely tap into her powers somehow with the help of Yuan Yi in Zhaodu somehow to completely awaken the goddess within her. Its still possible for the mother to be alive since we still don't know much about that Earth Fire place and since she had fallen into the abyss while manifesting the goddess.

What about season 3 and 4? Do you know? However is it possible to end season 1 with just 40 episodes?
The chinese name here is the same as the 2nd book so chances are that it will follow the story of that book with Huo Yuhao as the MC and Tang San's daughter as the female protagonist.

Considering that the chinese name is the same as the 2nd book where Tang San is no longer the MC Im pretty sure the cast will change. By this time Tang San will already be a god.
