After meteor garden, I thought I would never watch Dylan drama again. I criticized him a lot back then. But now, in this drama, he really change my perception. His acting is so damn good. I compliment him a lot throughout the drama. I started this drama because of Second male lead, but I fall hard toward Male lead. As for the drama, actually the plot is not new for me. You can find a lot of cdrama with similar plot (The love between two different races) . For those who watch a lot of cdrama with this kind of theme, you can easily guess the plot. But the 'curse' between ML and FL is new for me and it is very interesting. That's the main reason that keep me watching the drama.
It took me the whole two months just to finish this drama 😃. As the rating is so high, I assumed this drama to be so good. Honestly, I feel this drama is plain and boring with little action, romance, comedy. Just talking, discussing, planning, strategizing, etc. I like historical drama, and of course I also like political drama because most of the historical drama involved politic. As I watch many historical and political drama, in my opinion, I think this drama is overrated. But from political view, this drama is amazingly written. The political issues and how Chang Su handle it, is the highlight of the show. I like this highlight because the writer make the Male lead so clever.
Finally, I finish this drama. It took me so many weeks just to finish this. The main issue of Cdrama, it's too dragging. The last 10 ep, I started to get bored already.
Why this drama is so overrated? Who is pushing up the ratings? Because the first 7 episodes are ULTRA BORING.…
Me too, I want to watch and understand the sequel, therefore I decided to watch this drama. But I think I unable to finish this as I see nothing happened. Already in episode 12, but I don't know, I can't seem to finish this. So, I decide to watch and read the spoilers. I just want to know why the main character died and got the answer. I want to stop and watch the sequel.

I fall in love with LDH since 18 again. In that drama, he was paired with older woman too. Sigh. I cried a lot watching that drama. His sad face make me so emotional. Since I love emotional drama plus LDH, I think I should give it a try. Your words convince me to watch 😆
